I’ve seen photos of white racists in the south, after the civil war, after reconstruction, standing and posing over the body of a black man that was burned alive because he was falsely accused of being a rapist. The courthouse handed this man to the mob instead of giving him a fair trial, and let him get burned alive. In what world is the nonexistent benefits of racism worth that? None, that’s the answer.

Agreed. I doubt the OP would be touting the benefits of racism if they were part of one of the oppressed races in the system. But then again, with the type of person they seem to be, they would then just advocate for racism against the oppressor race instead of seeing that racism is wrong no matter what way you slice it.

Sadly that is exactly what happened in Liberia...the Americo-Liberians were every bit as racist against the native Africans as the whites in America were against them, and in later years flat out sold them as slaves in everything but name (as slavery was expressly prohibited in the Liberian constitution) to colonial European powers. A similar situation happened in Haiti as well, with much more destructive and genocidal results but the mindset was the same.
