In an effort to form stronger diplomatic ties, and foster new diplomatic relationships the Dominion of Serpens Land is formally opening the Serpens Land Embassy Exchange Program. All embassies will be located in the capital of Serpens Land; Fort Charlotte. We are pleased to welcome any peaceful nations with open arms into our borders, in order to create a better, and safer community.

All embassies will be located in our capital; Fort Charlotte on Admiralty Way. Admiralty Way is in the heart of downtown Fort Charlotte and a short drive away from the Foreign Office, and the parliament buildings.

Thank you for choosing to apply for an embassy in the Dominion of Serpens Land. The Ministry of Foreign Relations has reviewed Bulgar Rouge's application, and is pleased to tell you that your application has been approved! We are excited meet ambassador Danail Trichkov, his family and all of your diplomatic staff when they arrive.

We have already begun preparing for your diplomatic staff's arrival. A spot has been made available at 47 Admiralty Way, Fort Charlotte. Admiralty Way is located in the heart of Fort Charlotte. It is a couple minutes car ride away from the Foreign Office and the buildings of parliament. It is also very close to all the major attractions located in Fort Charlotte.

We are happy to be a hub for Bulgar Rouge's trade across the Far East. Trade was and continues to be one of the largest contributors to the Serpens Land economy. Please note that smuggling of illegal goods such as illicit narcotics and weapons will not be tolerated, and all shipments to and from Serpens Land are subject to search. While a military alliance would probably prove to be unpopular in Serpens Land, we are willing to sign some form of non aggression pact as well as sharing limited intelligence.
