OP, you’ve probably noticed that I’ve been absent from this RP for quite a while. This is due to a combination of other RPs requiring attention, trying to read more books, and general laziness and forgetfulness on my part. As none of those factors are likely to change anytime soon, I would like to officially leave this roleplay. I’m aware that you’ve said that you would appreciate it if people stayed around for the long term, but I hope you understand. I’m sorry if my exit has caused any inconvenience.

If you want to make the Temple of the Trinity a major part of his backstory we could expand the lore on their beliefs and so on.

I would, of course, if OP is good enough to provide me with some tidbits. I wasn't sure whether to go a Trader or a Rogue Psionic influenced by the Temple of the Trinity.

Yeah I'll elaborate on it a bit. See if it catches your fancy. The Trinity of Cats (unsurprisingly) holds three gods sacred. The faith teaches that once the Farrasqui were little different from a feline species similar to bobcats native to their homeworld. They were prayed upon by the vicious predators until the three gods descended from the sky and taught them how to walk on two legs, how to make tools to do advanced labors, they gave them the gifts of speech and reason. Then they taught them to make weapons to arm and defend themselves properly. After that, the Farrasqui would no longer be prey and instead rose to dominate the planet. The most important god of the Trinity is Zanth Two-Legged, also worshiped as the Proud Cat. He is worshiped as a god of civilization, law, time, hunting and warfare. Second of the pantheon is Chaln'Rai the Litter-Mother who is worshiped as a goddess of fertility, kittens, healing and agriculture. Third of the Trinity is Ran'Tharr the Trickster, god of adventure, mischief, travel, trade, thievery and bargains. The Farrasqui believe that in their hour of greatest need at the end of time, the Trinity of Cats will descend from the heavens and lead the Farrasqui into a great battle against the forces of darkness to restore light and life to the world. The priests of the Trinity hold great sway among a vast segment of the Farrasqui populace with the faith's spiritual head often acting as a traditional mediator in internal disagreements and conflicts between the cat kingdoms, it is imperative for a successful High King of the Realms to keep the Temple of the Trinity as a close ally.

Also, the updates for you guys who posted are done but I'll wait another day or two to give people a bit more time to get something out before posting

A question for OP.

If we can propose possible avenues for story building, is their any way to become an agent for the central powers?
It would be interesting if Derek would find some form of connection with his fathers ideals of a renewed central power, a less decadent and fallen Empire perhaps in the form of Commonwealth connections if their is room for it.

If not, I will enjoy myself with my mercenary goals regardless

Hm, seems interesting. Perhaps I can use my Rogue Psionic as more of a "Cleric with some mind-bendy stuff" other than say, the Cultist background. Or go for the tried and true Kahjit trader.

Yes, you most certainly can put forward story proposals, either here or we can talk it over on TG or discord. And it is very possible to become an agent for one of the Coreward Powers or Imperial Successors.
