Do you think with this kind of money I could remake Game of Thrones to my specific artistic vision for it?

That amount of money is so incomprehensible, there's no way I can make plans for it all, but -- if I had that kind of money:
  • Set up nearest and dearest
  • Plan for own life of comfort, dedicating a great deal of time to visiting the theatre and travel
  • Use the rest of the money (about 240 trillion) to set up self-perpetuating fund dedicated to bringing democracy and equal access to healthcare to the world (extend fund's purpose as need dictates)

I imagine I would have to live very modestly and not use it much because even the slightest dent into it would mean inflation that would destroy the world.

1. Pay 10% as a tithe to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which is a meme in all regards.
2. Buy out the entirety of Bermuda and several carribean islands and declare it a sovereign state. Use the rest of the "Carribean Budget" to improve living conditions and infrastructure until it's a model. Likely buy Sealand as well.
3. Use a small (but "small" is still unfathomably massive) portion to develop my home city into one that would far surpass even the capital adjacent to it. Granted how fast it's developing, the money would just be the freaky chemical accelerator to something that's already a racecar.
4. Fund a lot of prospective businesses that would change the world for the better, from a 19 year old wanting to make a taco store to a tech pitch that would put apple to shame.
5. Give as many reputable charities I can find more than enough money to make a visible impact, and more. We'll finally be free from the sad ASPCA commercials.
6. Fund. Our. Highschools.
7. Set up a scholarship program that will make it so people of all ages will get to go to college.
8. Buy off several aspiring politicians in several countries that have values matching up to mine and would all around make a big positive impact. Pay them like a salary, so I reserve the right to revoke their pay if they fall to corruption.
9. Promote music theory, classical music, musical theater, and various other honorable and high-brow genres of music or talent to face off against a world namely dominated by rap. Most musicians today haven't even looked at sheet music, and that makes me incredibly sad.
10. Beautify cities, to where even the deepest ghettos look like upper middle class tree-lined suburbs. This would in turn end gang violence, localized racial tension, provide jobs in not only the construction and beautification efforts, and appeal to the old folks desire for "a good youth". No more sagging pants and gold-plated guns!
11. Revitalize all senior centers.
12. Make "bring back cursive writing" organizations have enough wealth as to where all schoolchildren will be taught how to write in cursive. It's an art form and tradition that I personally don't want to see die just because you can type letters now.
13. Fix the fucking veterans healthcare/insurance/welfare thing, our heroes deserve much better.
14. Buy out all (or most) porn sites and shut them down for the good of the children. The responsibility for teaching sex ed (or abstinence from thereof) rests on the parents and/or educational system.
15. Save a variety of small businesses and family farms.
16. Pay Gordon Ramsay as a once-a-month chef and get to know him on a personal basis.
17. Settle down in a modest 2 story house in my home city. Get a normal-looking car and refrain from most luxury items save for the latest in technology or games.
18. Max out my ROBUX, obviously.
19. Save libraries across the nation.
20. Give a significant portion of the money to Arizona's treasury, because God knows they need it.
21. Buy myself a pure-bred Golden Retriever that takes after my late Cary and treat her like a queen. I'm talking home cooked meals for her every day, her own room in the house dedicated to her dog needs, the equipment for yet another golden retriever youtube channel, and "her own bank account" where I would fund me taking her on road trips across the world.
22. Get into paramotoring.
23. Somehow get a pipe organ installed into my house.
24. Retire at [whatever age this money falls into my hands] and live modestly yet joyfully, donating various bits of my money to various caused.
25. In my elderly age or should I die, arrange for the best lawyers to use the last of the funds to distribute to space companies to preserve the human race beyond Earth. Also, make a massive statue of me or some shit.

Well I'd start buying stuff. This would cause huge inflation. I'd be arrested on bogus charges and all my loot confiscated. (Presumed proceeds of crime). Then I'd be released to live in poverty and obscurity. And if I tried to explain any of it to strangers they would back away slowly.

That's more money than I can literally conceptualise in my mind. Seriously, $241 trillion just doesn't materialise in my head.

So I'd probably spend it on a metric fuckton of projects. Pay screenwriters, directors and actors and so on to film various films I would enjoy watching, with absolutely zero profit motive. I suppose a few directors would jump at the chance for a literal blank check for their films. Build myself a brand new PC. Get myself a brand new car.

Yeah, that's the extent of my vision, sue me.

I've seen this question lots of times, and I always think in factors of 10. And whether it is euro, american dollars or british pounds, doesn't particularly matter for what I am about to write. Their exchange rates are not near 1:10

So, imagine to be suddenly 1 euro richer. Tax free, in the bank account and without any effort. Life changes? No.
10 euro richer. It's a good day :)
100, it's a very good day, maybe buy a game on steam.
1000, extremely good day, I'll invite some friends and go for a good dinner (well, in non-corona times). Put the rest away like a responsible adult
10 000 Now it starts getting interesting. It's not big enough to be life changing (at least, for me), but it does bring me closer to goals like buying a house.
100 000 I can definitely do a down payment on the mortgage of a house. Life starts to change in serious ways.
1 000 000 My personal financial situation has completely changed. I can buy a house, repay student loans and can think about retiring earlier than at 67.
10 000 000 Same as above, but retiring right away.
100 000 000 Same as above, and now have a few houses, fly business class between the houses.
1 000 000 000 One billion euro, I have made it. I won capitalism.
10 000 000 000 Pretty much every extra euro has become meaningless. I can't do more with it then I already could.
100 000 000 000 one hundred billion, this is getting silly. Jeff Bezos is becoming anxious.
1 000 000 000 000 One trillion. I am now, without a doubt, the richest sheep on the planet.
10 000 000 000 000 Ten trillion. I can go and buy my own country.
100 000 000 000 000 A hundred trillion. There's probably not enough metal in the world to mint coins for this value. Without changing and redesigning the coins, that is.
241 000 000 000 000 This is what was asked. It's a ridiculous amount.
It has well gone into the realm of the weird.

Another thing you can do is to give all humans an equal share of that money. Let's assume 8 billion people and that you lose 1 trillion in setting it up. You can give each human being 30 000 euro.

Which is actually a way more interesting hypothetical.

Invest in brand new tchnologies, research climate strategies, pay for said strategies, pour money into archeological, anthropological and historical research, build a few cities, invest in some companies, buy out some medical companies and force them to lower prices for most drugs, invest in R&D of all sorts, fix my country's public transport and urban planning issues, funding space travel, and a bunch of other stuff.

As for personal stuff, probably go around the world, eating the best food, touring the world's museums and landmarks, personally funding some stuff while there. Probably will buy a few houses and decorate them in the styles I want.

Catastrophic global inflation occurs. You might want to set up a fund to dole the money out one year at a time?

Even E 1000 per person per year would have some unintended consequences in poor countries. They'd become massive importers for one thing.
