That amount of money is so incomprehensible, there's no way I can make plans for it all, but -- if I had that kind of money:

• Set up nearest and dearest
• Plan for own life of comfort, dedicating a great deal of time to visiting the theatre and travel

This would in turn end gang violence, localized racial tension, provide jobs in not only the construction and beautification efforts, and appeal to the old folks desire for "a good youth". So I'd probably spend it on a metric fuckton of projects. Pay screenwriters, directors and actors and so on to film various films I would enjoy watching, with absolutely zero profit motive. As for personal stuff, probably go around the world, eating the best food, touring the world's museums and landmarks, personally funding some stuff while there. Probably will buy a few houses and decorate them in the styles I want.
