Just to chime in here for a moment, since the phrase “Person of colour” seems to be solely an American thing (for now, thankfully) - Or, in other countries used by those that think all English-speaking countries are just like America regarding racial issues: with no nuances at all. But really, what is the difference between me saying “coloured person” and “person of colour”? Aside from one being the “in” word at the moment and the other one supposedly being racist?

More women than men are overweight in developing nations, but in the OECD it's the other way around.

Even in the West (OECD) though, women are slightly more likely to be obese.

If Kim dies, there would be a power struggle in North Korea. Having Kim alive for now is beneficial for North Korea than him dying.

To go more into depth: North Korea's position comes from it's unique situation as a soviet satellite state still living decades in the past technologically, societally, and grammatically. When you ask if something would be 'better or worse' for North Korea, I assume you're talking about the peasants under the rule of the Kim clan, but unfortunately that still doesn't change much. The Kim Clan has been in power for over half a century for good reason and they'll maintain it until the day the last one of them dies and names a new successor.

Jung Un's death wouldn't change this and could jeopardize diplomatic relations, given that any newcomer would have to re-consolidate power before trying something.
Peace with South Korea is also impossible unless some sort of unification plan can be put into effect, which the Chinese unilaterally oppose. The Koreas act as a vital buffer to American power projection in the area and losing them to unification would make things far more difficult.

As for McDonalds, I doubt it would happen, only because the US, South Korea, and North Korea are still 'at war', even if there's no shooting happening. The Armistice keeps North Korea from being unified forcibly by the US, but it also prevents US-owned companies from being allowed to trade or deal with the North Koreans. Under the current trade and diplomatic policies (which I personally feel are not punitive enough), McDonalds would not be allowed to do business in North Korea, in spite of their role historically as a Westernizing catalyst in previously hostile cultures.

The next successor would be his sister, without a doubt. She's long been in a position to do so and maintains significant political and diplomatic roles within the Clan, keeping her a likely candidate. If not her, it'd likely be another family member of the Kim Clan who would 'ascend' to godhood. Regardless, none of them would be given the chance to change the country because of the fallout that would result from the change. People are unwilling to offer a unilateral and unconditional pardon to the Kim Clan for their crimes and method of ruling and diplomatic relations keep that the case.

As for the Nuclear program, it won't and can't halt. For the North Koreans, it's just as much a deterrent for the US and her allies as it is a deterrent for the Chinese. It's not a secret that diplomatic relations between the hermit Kingdom and Winnie the Pooh's forest are chilly, if not frozen. Nuclear warheads threaten the ability of Beijing who lies within easy striking distance to effectively strike at the Koreans. North Korea probably recognizes it's position between a rock and a hard spot, but until either the rock or the hard spot relent in their attacks, there will be no reprieve and no chance for moving forward on the peninsula.
