We greet all nations with an olive branch in hand, in the name of peace, cooperation and friendly co-existence as neighbors in good standing in this Global Village.Stated Goal Of This ProgramIt is the wish of Her Imperial Majesty Empress Relena Von Peacecraft, that to prevent the possibility of incidents that may lead to the tragedy of war are best avoided when countries have representative diplomatic missions with established proper channels of communication and deescalation are the best remedy to prevent the potential of such tragedies between nations from spiraling beyond the capacity of either countries' control.Our Holy Kingdom desires nothing, but to exist peacefully with every nation, no matter if the differences between our countries may be stark to our Kingdom's own - be they in the societal moral systems, cultural, linguistic, racial, religious or in the political systems of our countries. It is nevertheless Her Majesty's noblest of ideals to pursue the ties which bind and are as fruitful as possible in the spheres of cultural exchange, military and economic cooperation, and in mutual partnership in the field of education, science, technology and medicine will secure everlasting peace and prosperity between all nations that seek to have a meaningful ties with the Holy Kingdom Of Cassadia, with the drafting and acceding to proper legal declarations, treaties and joint mechanisms to achieve stated mutual mission goals thereof.Relevant Points Of Grave Importance To ConsiderThe Holy Kingdom Of Cassadia is willing to pursue diplomatic relations with nations of the world, to the extent they find the level of ties with Cassadia to be within their own acceptable parameters, for any reason they may harbor as a boundary in their policy-making process and goals.
