Brief description of your nation's foreign policy (optional): The Oswald Doctrine was established in 2018 after Prime Minister Oswald speech as the Bardos University where he advocated for free trade and open markets as a means for nations to develop stronger diplomatic relationship. Prime Minister's thesis was that nations that maintain a mutually beneficial financial relationship are more likely develop strong diplomatic relationships and reduce the likelihood of conflict.

Short background and credentials (optional): Born Alexander Gomez, then Mr. Gomez received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Masters of Arts in History from Bardos University. Following his time at university, Mr. Gomez entered the diplomatic service as an aid in the Office of the Ambassador to the Wolrd Assembly and quickly became an expert in peacekeeping and armed conflict resolution. Mr Gomez gained national attention with his marriage to Princess Thelma, the Empress's first cousin. Upon marriage, Mr.Gomez was raised to the peerage of Earl of San Juan. While a distant member of the Imperial Family, Mr. Gomez has continued his work with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
