Glazed is fine. I especially like matcha and cappuccino doughnuts. Sometimes I pick powdered too because why not. I like enjoying them for snacks.

Glazed donuts are the best! But I also love chocolate ones :) Powdered donuts are okay, too.

Cream filled donuts are great. Whether it's the marshmallow-cream or Bavarian or Boston creme, they are all delicious.

Basically any doughnut with filling. Long johns too.

Glazed is okay, but I can never eat some without coffee or chocolate.
I am starting to suspect that "honey glazed" doesn't actually use honey.

My favorites are either the devil's food chocolate or the apple cider doughnuts from Koffee Kup, a local bakery. At Christmas time, I import packages of Koffee Kup kruellers into the benighted South as humanitarian relief for family members who can't get decent doughnuts.

Krispy Kremes are an abomination. They are to doughnuts what McDonald's is to hamburgers. Try a real doughnut sometime.

One of the obnoxious things about living in North Carolina was that it was impossible to buy decent doughnuts down there. Literally all that was in the stores was those awful lumps of sugar-glazed paste, and like vending-machine-grade powdered doughnuts.

(To be fair, you can't get decent barbecue or hushpuppies up here.)

Glazed, and/or chocolate. I'm a basic bitch, sure, but I'm not the biggest fan of jelly-filled or custard-filled donuts.

That being said, though, Berliners are tasty as fuck. I don't know how the Germans do what they do, but they do, and it is good.
