Season 3?

Hello, I love trading cards (especially legendary and cheap ones!) and I really wish I had my own card. When I went to check out my card, I figured I had joined NS long after the cards were manufactured. I also noticed that after 2018 there was also a season for 2019! I was wondering if they were going to start a season 3 (Cards for 2020), because I really want my own card. If you know or you think you know, please respond to my post.

This is probably the most info anyone has. The second season did come out about a year after cards were permanently released the first time, so my best guess is that that trend will continue. But NS admins like to keep us in the dark/surprise us.

but I believe season 3 will start in december 2020, (that's the earliest date) possible. i mean, i was right when i estimated season 2 to start in december. .... and it did.

No you weren't. Those few days do in fact matter. I revived in November 2019 and I don't have a season 2 card

It's doubtful that this will happen. If you have the deck space, sure, but with the number of cards there are, it is doubtful that any of your cards will inflate if they are just normal S2 cards.

Unless the card is collectable, is extremely rare and CTE'd or is a legendary chances are it won't gain value, if anything it will go down.

I did this at the end of season 1. "No-Junk November." A fun little tradition that gets you to finally spend money on deck capacity for all your puppets. I'll probably do it again next November. I haven't found that S1 cards are really more valuable yet, but it's nice to have a few puppets full. I always feel like I'm doing a service when someone tgs me to ask for a random S1 card I normally would've junked.

It is kind of weird that S1 prices haven't skyrocketed: most prices are holding steady, rather than constantly falling as they do when the cards are constantly being produced, but there hasn't been a massive price hike despite the fact that people who want the cards can't really farm them for themselves anymore.

For some reason, S2 cards have a greater value than S1 cards. People are selling them for higher prices. Why is this so?

I guess, because a lot of players started farming or at least playing the card-game, when season two was beginning; so they don´t see obviously any chance to get the collections they want, because a lot of season one-cards are very rare already and hard to come by. Therefore, I guess, they simply don´t bid for season one-cards and concentrate on season two-cards. This might be the reason, why prices for the latter seem to be higher, and they are seen and traded much more often.

While there are 151 copies of the old legendarilys far less hit the market so you really have to look at it as how many are really out there to buy? for the current season you also have to account for the fact that there is a good chance someone will pull the card soon thus increasing the effective supply
