Concerned that this inequity between nations ensures that less powerful nations are completely unable to influence a given vote;

Disgusted at their openness in rigging elections against potential candidates they disagree with;

Observing that this election rigging forgoes the principles of democracy in order to silence their competitors;

Horrified at their continued use of slander, by falsely labelling nations as "fascists" or "Nazis" in order to discredit them if they dare question their oppressive regime;

Believing that these heinous actions deserve widespread recognition across the world;

Hereby condemns The World Assembly Elite.

I'll leave this comment here regarding the legality of this proposal. It is my understanding that given the ruling on the legality of the recent "Condemn This Game", and previous rulings on symbolic proposals, as below, this proposal should meet the requirements to be deemed legal.

Symbolic resolutions - as in resolutions that are used to condemn a nation/region which represents something else, are, in some circumstances, legal. Symbolic resolutions must be written in a way that they would make sense when read as targeting the nation/region which would get the 'badge' were the resolution to pass:

Symbolic proposals should target a 'concept' that is part of NationStates in some way:

Nevertheless, given there is some doubt regarding this, out of courtesy I will wait until a final ruling has been declared before sending out any campaign telegrams for this proposal.
