The British constitution really is complicated and it's nice to have some experts weigh in. Because I really wasn't sure what happened.


It’s kind of strange not to have a set protocol on who takes power in the eventuality of a PM dying while in office though, if that’s the case. That adds more stress in an already trying situation.

Its happened so few times in British history they never thought to set it into law. Remember the UK does not have a formal constitution.

As I still have symptoms after more than a week this adds a little more worry for me.

Don't like or trust Boris, but hope he recovers. At least it may wake up some idiots who think they are safe and ignore the warnings.

Yep, UK. So far the breathing has settled. Just fever and stomach. I'm sure it will take weeks to get better at this rate. Nowt I can do but hope it slowly improves and hope I don't do a Boris.
