14th World Junior Hockey Championship - OOC Thread

Welcome back to the World Junior Hockey Championship, a place where the hockey legends of tomorrow first take the world stage! Hockey Siovanija & Teusland is proud to bring this tournament back, and looks forward to hosting the world's finest future hockey stars for the 14th edition of the World Juniors. Nations can announce their intention to signup for the tournament in this thread. One puppet will be allowed per user. To be eligible for the tournament, players must be aged under 20. We look forward to having you!
