Election tampering by the Secretary-General's opponents uncovered!

In the election bar in blue, you can see Racoda in first, Wyndmondham in second, and your faithful Secretary-General in third. But in the actual results, Caelapes leads with (at the time of this screenshot having been taken) a nice 69 votes. What could the explanation be?
