All because a government that should've learned its lesson from SARS didn't bother to crack down on its notoriously unhygenic food industry or come clean about the disease it was exporting.

If an individual within the same country did it, we could sue the hell out of them for damages. But China gets away with this once again.

We outnumber China 5 to 1. If the world got together, is there anything we could charge them with to seize monetary compensation, by force if necessary?

Because there has to be a World Health Organization to coordinate responses to pandemics and global health threats.

They're the preeminent authority on world health, and any reports they make after the situation would assign blame for the spread of this virus, which may be the catalysts needed to elicit a reparations movement.

Damn right China's gonna pay massively for all the lives lost as soon as the Xi virus has run its course. Forget lawsuits. An all-out cold war including harsh economic sanctions, diplomatic isolation and an arms embargo is the only way to go. All foreign investments in China must be banned. China must be given the same cold shoulder as Iran and North Korea. The Chinese Communist Party must be defeated and its subjects liberated from the inside. Waging a cold war against China is far more effective than any lawsuit.
