For the Regulation of Criminal Euthanization
The World Assembly,
Recognizing that execution under the guise of universal law infraction is unjustified and inhumane, and should be reserved for more severe crime,
Acknowledging that nations in the World Assembly have chosen this policy in order to maintain a more aggressive police force, and eliminate crime occurences in their borders.
Noting that this policy has led to reduced youth crime, as well as overall crime within borders of affected nations, and that this internal policy aids in the installation of deference.
Affirming that nations included in this policy tend to practice more obscure laws and regulations that affect them in the way of instilling authoritarianism and border-line National Socialism
Hereby,
1. Regulates execution in criminal activity to severe crimes.
2. Defines ‘severe crime’ as major infractions of a nations law, including, but not limited to, murder, intended man-slaughter, and treason of any severity
3. Revokes nation’s ability to install euthanizing measures in the masses
4. Invalidates current death-row inmates sentences who were sentenced for more minor crimes not considered to be worthy of euthanization under the guide of the aforementioned definition.
