We can work with the number of 2.7 million per Citymaster UPV chassis. It was our hope that your organization could act as a bridge between the two companies, since you have the contacts. We would be glad to work with the numbers you have provided however. Unfortunately, this will cut into the amount we are allocated to spend. This means we will reduce our order from 55 to 42 vehicles bringing our new purchase price to $113.4 million dollars spent on vehicles. Of course, if the 2.4 million price can be reached, total funds would jump back to $132 million.

We also stand ready to purchase the aforementioned missile order at full price, whichever way the vehicle deal rotates.

The sensitivity of a SONAR considerably depends on its size. As such while it's possible to somewhat upgrade the sonar it will not be as good as that on a full-size submarine.
