Introduction
Welcome to the fourth edition of The CMFA Melayu Archipelago Cup. The CMFA Melayu Archipelago Cup is the most prestigious football championship in the region of Melayu Archipelago. The championship is organised and managed by the regional football confederation named Confederation Malaya de Football Association (CMFA).


Participation
Any nations who want to participate in the championship must first be an active member of the CMFA and membership to the CMFA is limited to Melayu Archipelago nations only. Therefore, only Melayu Archipelago nations are eligible to participate in the CMFA Melayu Archipelago Cup.

Sign up for the championship in the Regional Message Board and submit your host bid in this thread if you wish to host the tournament. Hosting shall be determined by a host bid vote, those wishing to host should be well-versed in Xkoranate. A tournament like this serves as an excellent launching point for those wishing to get into hosting.

The CMFA Melayu Archipelago Cup is the most prestigious football championship in the region of Melayu Archipelago and has a considerable high selling power with the championship expected to be broadcasted in at least 29 nations and draw millions of viewers.

CMFA are open to all Melayu Archipelago and non-Melayu Archipelago company who are interested to establish a partnership and sponsorship agreement with us. We are open to establish relationship with all type of company except drugs, tobacco, weapon and alcohol brand.

"As a part of Melayu Archipelago, we are trying our best to engage in any event that held by the region. And as a Football Association itself, we are eagerly joined in the event that sanction by Confederation Malaya de Football Archipelago or CMFA as the official governing body for association football in Melayu Archipelago.

We have delivered our intention to join in the 4th CMFA Melayu Archipelago Cup as contender, the upcoming event for men's national football team in Melayu Archipelago. And once again, we encourage ourselves to deliver our hosting bid for the event. It is our second time to join in the bidding process of Melayu Archipelago Cup after in the previous edition we lost to Eraman. We hope that the CMFA will consider our hosting bid for this edition."

Herewith, we wants to acknowledge the CMFA Officials that the Government of Pemecutan is giving permission for Pemecutan Football Association to bid for hosting rights of 4th Melayu Archipelago Cup. General Information

United Kingdom of Pemecutan or Pesamuan Puri Agung Pemecutan is a federal constitutional monarchy island country located in the Southern part of Melayu Archipelago. Having no land border with any other nation, the country share maritime border with several nations, Southern Palm Islands, Tandeg Suci, Labuan and Cempaka and Samudera Darussalam. United Pemecutan is consists of 4 constituent countries and 1 federal city. It has a land area of 80,808 km2 and population of around 13,9 millions.

United Pemecutan is considered a developed country which focus its economy in manufacturing and service sectors. Mining sectors also gives a significant output for its economy with several main commodities including coal, iron, tin, copper, gold, silver, crude oil and natural gas. According to the latest census in 2010, the population of United Pemecutan are 13,994,000 where around 90% are Pemecutanian while 7% are White and other ethnics make up the rest 3% of the population. The majority religion in the country is Sanatana Dharma which account for around 83% of the population. 13% of them are Christians while around 2% are Muslim and the other religions make up the last 1%.

Format and Scorination
As the sign up process is still ongoing so we still don't know the exact number of participants of the current edition Melayu Archipelago Cup. But for Group Stage, we would like to limit the number of team by 4 to 5 teams for x number of Groups. The host will be automatically assigned to the first Group while the previous champion (if they entering the current edition) will be assigned to the last Group.
The tiebreaker system for the Group Stage are as follows;
1. Total Points (3 points for win, 1 points for draw, 0 points for lose)
2. Goal Differences
3. Goals For
4. Head-to-Head Match

For scorination will be use xkoranate (v0.3.3) with NSFS formula and additive modifiers (-5 to +5). RP Bonus will be given accordingly with points ranging from 0 to 1 with 1 being the most creative RP.

Venue

For hosting the 4th Melayu Archipelago Cup, Pemecutan Football Association is hereby selected 4 main stadiums and 2 reserve stadiums for the competition. The stadiums are as follows;
Main Stadium
1. Tegal Nagari Stadium
Location: Telaga Village, Campuhan Federal City
Capacity: 50,000 seats

THE CITY
Campuhan Federal City is the capital of United Pemecutan and also its largest city. The city was created as an Federal entity in 1976 by the Parliament to separate the power in the capital from the regional government. Campuhan is located in the meeting point of Giri River and Bukit River which emptied into Gulf of Titih. The city was also the capital of the former Campuhan Kingdom before the kingdom was sacked and emerge as Pemecutan. To differentiate between royal capital and administrative center, Campuhan is once again selected as the administrative center of Pemecutan Kingdom before officially selected as the capital of United Pemecutan.

The city is not just the center of politics but also the center of trade and commerce in the country. Its center location also make the city as the transportation cross section to reach every corner of the country. The city is serve by Campuhan International Airport which located in Tegalbadeng Municipality around 10 km northeast of the city center.

THE STADIUM
Tegal Nagari Stadium is the largest stadium in Pemecutan. Located in Nagari Sports Complex in western part of the city, this stadium has been hosting various domestic competition including PFA Cup and Pemecutan National Sports Games. It is the first and oldest stadium in Pemecutan which was built in 1932. It was become the heart of Nagari Sports Complex before other venues was built in the area. The current stadium is a new building after renovation was made back in 2002 in line with the venue (and the sports complex as a whole) was used as the location of 2004 Pemecutan National Sports Games.
Facilities inside the stadium including dressing room (for the players), public restroom (located in every entrance), media center, VIP lounge, mini museum, clinic, restaurant and cafe. This stadium is plan to hosting the opening and closing ceremonies, including the group matches, quarterfinals, semi final and final matches.

2. Ubung Arena
Location: Ubung Municipality, Ubung Province/Mandala, Kingdom of Ubung Gede
Capacity: 40,000 seats

THE CITY
Ubung Municipality is the capital of Kingdom of Ubung Gede, one of the 4 constituent states in United Kingdom of Pemecutan. It is located in the northern shore of the country which crossed by 2 rivers, Sibang River and Petang River. The city is also the second largest city in the country. It is the economy, trade and art center of the country aside from being the capital of Kingdom of Ubung Gede and capital of Ubung Province/Mandala. The city is served by Ubung International Airport which is located in Paang Municipality, south of the city.

THE STADIUM
Ubung Arena is the home based and headquarter of Pesub Ubung, one of the most successful football club in Pemecutan. This stadium was built in 1953 to create a new home based for Pesub Ubung. Previously, the club was based in Labuan Field near Ubung Port. The last expansion was made in 2010 to its current capacity.
Facilities inside the stadium includes dressing rooms (for the players), public restroom (located in every entrance), restaurant, cafe, media center, clinic and Pesub Ubung Museum. The stadium is plan to hosting the group matches, quarterfinals and semi final matches.

3. Pedungan State Stadium
Location: Pedungan Municipality, Pedungan Province/Mandala, Kingdom of Suwung
Capacity: 35,000 seats

THE CITY
Located in the south west of the country, Pedungan Municipality is the largest city in Kingdom of Suwung. It is also the capital of Pedungan Province/Mandala. A port city, Pedungan is crossed by Gelogor River which emptied into Pedungan Bay. The city is regard as the economic center of Suwung Kingdom and the southern United Pemecutan. The city is served by Suwung International Airport which is located in Suwung Municipality, the capital of Suwung Kingdom, just east of Pedungan.

THE STADIUM
Pedungan State Stadium is home for Pesepedu Pedungan, the most successful football club in Suwung. It was built in 1942 and the construction was halt during the World War II before being continued in 1962. The stadium is recently being renovated and expanded from 20,000 seats into its current capacity.
Facilities inside the stadium includes dressing rooms (for the players), public restroom (located in every entrance), restaurant, cafe, media center, clinic and Pesepedu Pedungan Historic Museum. The stadium is plan to hosting the group matches and quarterfinals matches.

4. Titih Arena
Location: Titih Municipality, Titih Province/Mandala, Kingdom of Titih
Capacity: 38,000 seats

THE CITY
Titih Municipality is located in Gulf of Titih in the delta of Giri River. It is the capital and the largest city of Titih Kingdom and also the third largest city in United Pemecutan. Titih is a port city and the second busiest port in the whole country. The city is the political and economic center of Titih Kingdom. Titih International Airport is serving the city which is located in Abasan Municipality, east of Titih.

THE STADIUM
Titih Arena is the headquarter of Pesetih Titih, one of the successful football club in United Pemecutan. The stadium was built in 1938 but it was heavily damage during the World War II. It was being renovated in 1967 before officially use in 1971. In 1994, the stadium was being renovated into its current capacity. In 2007, a fire damage the east section of the stadium. Renovation was under way for almost a year before it can functionally use.
Facilities inside the stadium includes dressing rooms (for the players), public restroom (located in every entrance), restaurant, cafe, media center, clinic and Pesetih Titih Museum. The stadium is plan to hosting the group matches, and quarterfinals matches.


Reserve Stadium
1. Balun Arena
Location: Balun Municipality, Giri Province/Provine, Kingdom of Giri Pemecutan
Capacity: 30,000 seats

The stadium is located in Balun Municipality, the largest city in northern Giri Pemecutan and also economic hub of the area. It is the home based of Pesebal Balun. The city also crossed by Giri River and near the border with Kingdom of Ubung.

2. Kepaon Municipal Arena
Location: Kepaon Municipality, Kepaon Province/Mandala, Kingdom of Suwung
Capacity: 20,000 seats

The stadium is located in Kepaon Municipality, the capital city of Kepaon Province/Mandala. Pesekep Kepaon has its home based in the stadium. The city is crossed by Buruan River. It is located near the border with Giri Pemecutan and Titih Kingdom.


Transportation and Accommodation

United Pemecutan has a highly connected transportation throughout the country whether via road or railways. Each teams will be assigned to 1 official bus to ease the team commute from the hotel to the venue. Pemecutan Football Association also provide training ground for each team so they could exercise and train following their match. The training ground will be selected from stadiums which are nearest to the event venue assigned for each teams. Pemecutan Hotel and Restaurant Association will provide hotel and restaurant accommodation during their stay in the country for the whole competition schedule. The hotels which selected are the closest to their assigned venue and training ground. Sangamandala Airways, as the flag carrier of United Pemecutan, will provide air flights service for the teams if needed during the knockout stage for travel ease. The four regional Railways Transportation companies will also provide alternative transportation service via train for each teams if needed during the knockout stage for travel ease.

4TH MELAYU ARCHIPELAGO CUP



General Information
Kingdom of Soracana Islands or Soracana Islands for short, is an archipelago country located in eastern part of Melayu Archipelago. It has a maritime border with Singgahmata, Klate, Kutai Darul Iman, Hindu Raj and Eraman. Soracana Islands is a federal parliamentary constitutional monarchy. The country is establish after the former Aksaranca Kingdom was conquered by Yuhansa Kingdom. The King of Yuhansa then create Kingdom of Soracana Islands as the mark of his success to conquered the whole archipelago. Soracana Islands has a land area of 20,697 km2 and a population of 6,1 millions.

The country is considered a developing country even though it has a GDP per capita of around NSD 19,000. Its economy is relying on tourism with the back up from fishery, cosmetics and textile manufacturing. Yuhansanian is the largest ethnic group in the country which account around 44% of the population. The second largest ethnic group is Aksarancanian with 39%. Marat is the largest minority with 9%, while 7% of the population are White and the last 3% are the other ethnic groups. Soracana Folk Religion is the largest religion that worship by the population. It stood around 79% of the population. Hinduism is the second largest with 11%, followed by Christian with 5% and Muslim is 2%. The other 3% is make up by the other minority religion including atheist.

Venue
Soracana Islands Football Association is proposed 6 cities and 6 stadiums as the venues of 4th Melayu Archipelago Cup. The proposed cities are given equally to the 3 regions of the country, Yuhansa (3), Aksaranca (2) and Uyuri (1). The selected city and stadium will be announce when the exact number of signup is revealed. The propose cities and stadiums are as follows;

Aside from the propose venues, Soracana Islands Football Association will also provide training field and base camp for all the participants. Around 20 cities are being prepared to become the participants base camp. All of which will be close to the proposed venues. Hotel accommodation also provided to all participants within the close distance to each base camp.

Transportation
To ease the transportation for the participants, Soracana Islands Football Association (SIFA) is cooperated with the government especially the Minister of Transportation and Public Works. Each participants will be provide by one bus for their traveling purpose. The bus will be personally design to address each participants association logo and color livery. Yuhansa Railway Association and Aksaranca Railway Bureau will help to provide the train transportation for the participants if needed. Jili Air will also provide air transportation for the participants if needed.

Format, Gameplay and Scorination
Seeing the current sign up progress (12 participants), SIFA propose the gameplay format as follows;
1. Group Stage (4 Groups of 3 teams each, 2 teams will advance) - format may change if the number of participants increase
2. Quarterfinal
3. Semi Final
4. Final

The latest version of xkoranate (v0.3.3) will be use to scorinate the competition with NSFS formula and additive modifiers. RP Bonus will be given based on the creativity. In each stage progress, the RP Bonus will be accumulate. The accumulation RP Bonus during the Group Stage will cut half for the participants that progressing to the next stage. Posting the participants rooster will also be counted as an RP.
