Blasphemy is punishable by fine, but in the aggravated or repeated cases can be imprisoned up to 5 years.

Blasphemy in public is illegal under the Criminal Code, which states:

Anyone who blasphemes publicly against God, that is, the Most Holy Trinity, or the canonical Saints of the Holy Church, by offensive words or writings; or who vilifies and curses the Holy Church of Christ, or another Christian institution with federal rights, her priests, customs, or dogmas; and anyone who behaves blasphemously and contemptuously in a church, or other place consecrated for religious use, shall be imprisoned for any term not exceeding three years.

According to certain local customary laws of autonomous rural communities, blasphemy may be punished summarily by fine or corporal punishment. Blasphemy is also widely considered to be a sin which must be confessed to a priest.

If, by definition you mean "the act or offense of speaking sacrilegiously about God or sacred things.", then no. Blasphemy is probably encouraged here to keep all the sinister religious creeps away from our country... Oh how I love when tourists come to our country only to be ridiculed for wearing their weird religious clothing.

Due that the Blasphemy act insult a god and not the believer itself (and most of cases where are no intention to insult the believer), provisions against blasphemy are not included in cantonals laws with Confederal Law* "Hate-Speech Suppression and Anti-Discrimination Act". This mean that the Blasphemy is fully legal, and protected by Constitution under the free speech and thought.

*The most of Confederal Law is like European Law, the Confederal Diet (the Parliament) enact a law with principles with a sign of the Chancellor and within three months the cantonal legislature will convert this law in a cantonal law.

Brazil had blasphemy laws until 1963 when the South American Union passed a law that made blasphemy laws unconstitutional. However, in 2017 with the end of the South American Union, the new Brazilian constitution permitted blasphemy laws. It is punishable by a fine of R$ 500.00 and one months to two years in prison.

No blasphemy laws. The Hypercapitalian peoples are Atheistic, and so the gov't follows that, but there's no restrictions on religious peoples in Hypercapital; just 'unspoken' rules and taboos, socially.

The Penal Code States:

"Whoever, with deliberate and malicious intention of outraging the religious morals of the Church, by words, either spoken or written, or by signs or visible representations, or otherwise insults, ridicules or vilifies the Christian religion, shall be punished with imprisonment with or without labor for a term not exceeding three years, or with fine, or both."

No blasphemy laws whatsoever. Due to Cisplata's socialist foundations and an era of oppression by the previous reactionary government, religion and superstition are viewed as evil, medieval, and incompatible with progress. Religion isn't outright prohibited (the police won't bother you if you worship in your own home), but it's illegal to proselytize in public spaces. In addition, churches and other places of worship aren't allowed to publicly display symbols of religion.

Blasphemy laws are an egregious violation of freedom of speech and expression, and have been struck down repeatedly and aggressively by the courts.
Donald J. Trump was an exceptionally good POTUS, and I do not care if this opinion hurts your feelings.

In my experience, ultra-realists in RP tend to be the sort of people who see an RP as a contest to be won, rather than a story to be told, but because they lack honestly any story-writing ability, they seek to lawyer their way to a victory by drowning everybody in statistics and demanding everything run strictly by a laundry list of statistics and figures they dig out of obscure field manuals and tech magazines.

Blasphemy is protected in the old and new Rohendian constitutions by their Freedom of Speech clauses. However, many Rohendian predecessor states (Port Krishna, New Sion, Abelsylvannia, Tonishi) held anti-blasphemy laws before their incorporation into Rohendia. Areas that are heavily run by religious organizations, while not legally allowed to do so, often prohibit the proliferation of blasphemous materials on their grounds. Controversy exists intranationally about the ways in which religious organizations can loophole the law like that.
