Name: Matthew Sainz
Position in government: Assembly Member, Owner of News Printer "Una Voz Una Nación" (One Voice, One Nation)
Political Party: Nationalist Party, Frente Nacional de Cargotá (Nationalist Front of Cargotá)
Race: Hispanic
Religion: Catholic
Gender: Male
Age: 38
General Political Ideology: As a member of the faction within the Nationalist Party, the Nationalist Front, it believes in the unity through nation than the more religious portions of the coalition. Extreme Ultra-nationalism to fuel independence from growing superpowers abroad such as China and Russia which have harmed the nation, supporting more self-discipline in the people by removing several expensive social nets that hamper the productivity of the average citizen of El Cargotá, encouraging such laziness by being dependent on the government instead of going out to support themselves and generally being a burden on society. Though one of the few strange notes of the political ideology of Sainz is his support for the Unions for workers, which he sees as the people supporting themselves by uniting as one, but believes they are overextending their reach and punishing the businessman from being able to expand their business which would allow more jobs to be produced, thus supports state-allowed unions which hold equal power with the business owners.
Character intentions: Restore common decency in Corbotán society, restore patriotic and nationalistic beliefs in the nation, empower the businessmen and create loyal nationalistic unions, find a way to inherit the leadership of the Nationalist Party and bring the Nationalist Front up as the main force within it.
Biography: Sainz was born to a family with a mixed heritage. While his father was the owner of a well known nationalist newspaper which had been on the edge of financial struggles as it had been forced to conform to the laws set in place during its time. While his mother, was a small time CIA agent who was sent to set up a network in the nation of El Cargotá. Of course due to relations between the Hispanic Republic and the United States, it didn't require such a high level of importance and so anything that was set up was minor and not entirely productive. After a few years and Matthew's mother deciding to retire from her job and settling down, without the income she made while she was working, Matthew's father had to make do with small time drug trades with local mafia lords and junkies by using the newspaper for locations to pick up the drugs and give the money. As Matthew grew, his father forced him into the practice of not only writing for his newspaper but entering the drug trade as well.
As he got older, Matthew slowly began to take over the business as his father died in a tragic car accident. At the ripe age of 24 Matthew begun to use what he was left with from his Father to begin to make a name for himself. Not only to entrench a sense of loyalty in the remaining mafia lords, but to make a small boost of political clout, he sold out several junkies, drug dealers and suppliers to the local police with evidence. Using his own newspaper he blew the story a bit and with taking a deal with the local lottery of Yarumina, many read these stories which fueled his renown in the city. With the support of the remaining lords and lots of saving from when he was 24 in 2007, getting married in 2010 to a minor paper mill owner, then finally going with investments until 2016. Obtaining enough capital, he was simply lucky when the boost to the opposition parties throwing him into the assembly. It mostly surprised him and it allowed his newspaper to grow as well. Quickly aligning himself with the Nationalist Party and within its faction, although he doesn't exactly know everything about politics (except for what he decided he must dedicate himself first, such as being a self-made person.) he believes his charisma and influences will allow him to succeed. Keeping himself in the assembly and working his way up, he feels like he has a small name for himself as he feels like taking control of his destiny.

Within the years of 2014 and 2020, he expanded his net worth from $600 million (the amount he received from his father's inheritance) to $4.7 billion through a new biofuel boom, and significant investments in oil and agriculture, as the new Kalinsky Agriculture and Energy made significant expansions over this time, increasing his company's assets from $10 billion to $30 billion, and revenue from $4 billion to $8 billion, putting him in the Fortune 500.

Gender: Female
Age: 39 (Birthday: 5 September 1981)
General Political Ideology: Center-Right Economics, Centrist Social Ideology; Radical Centrism.
Character intentions: A likely contender for the Presidency, she has expressed that she does not believe any President should serve more than eight years and that a reelection of President Tafalla would be the erosion of Democratic Norms in El Cartogá. Within the party she has already worked closely with its Youth Division and has a good relationship with the National Leader of the Liberal Party. She is effectively one of his mentees and rumors have swirled that if she does not seek the Presidency, she would be seeking a position in the National Assembly. She has prioritized economic success, budget repair and electoral reform as what she would see as the three most crucial platforms for any Liberal candidate.
Biography: (At least two paragraphs, in depth)
Parisa Delorez was born into a middle class family, her father was a local faith leader while her mother was a school teacher who arrived in El Cargotá as the Iranian Revolution raged with her family. Her mother (Haydeh) and father (Julius) married in 1980, and Parisa arrived in their lives shortly thereafter. In 1999 she received a scholarship to study Medicine at the El Cargotá National University. In 2005, she began studies for her PhD which discussed Socioeconomics and Health in great depth. For her work she was awarded a position as a Professor at ECNU and the Nobel Prize in Economics in 2010, the first and most recent Nobel Laureate of ECNU. In the 2016 Elections she ran as a Liberal and unseated the two-term Mayor of Brasago. Throughout her tenure, she has focused heavily on bipartisanship and worked diligently with the Provincial to expand Sanitation, Public Transport and Access to Services across the city. She has focused a large part of her second half of tenure on working with the national party members to empower 'Liberal Women' to seek office. She has often been at odds with some of the more right-wing elements of her party but she has remained devoted to the cause of expanding competition and reducing taxes.
In 2019, she delivered the 'Special Guests Address' at the annual dinner of Young Liberals where she declared her desire to look after young El Cargotáns desire for opportunity, saying, "it is not Government's role to give you a job. It is Government's job to provide the opportunities for you to apply for jobs, and for jobs to thrive!" She has been named as one of the most well known Liberal politicians despite her relative inexperience, going forward to 2020 she has not yet made any official tips of the hand, and she has remained equally silent on her desire for reelection as Mayor. Ultimately, she has made quite clear her desire for electoral reform nationwide, tax reform and 'targeted stimulus spending'. She has also made strides as Mayor to cooperate with the Indigenous Peoples and Political Parties in the city, which led to her coalition on the City Council as being Liberal/National/Indigenous.
She married Manuel Coralez in 2006, and has a twin daughter son (both aged 11).

Brasoga? Do you mean Bartoga, the capital? I put a list of cities and regions for reference a few posts back, I might add that to the secondary post right after the OP

Biography: Born to a poor family in Estribaciones, Eduardo always was told he would have to join the military if he wanted to get ahead in life. During his school years he frequently got into fights and argued with teachers. This is where his hatred of indigenous people began. In fact in the eleventh grade him and a few others were suspended for several weeks for starting a "fuck indigenous people" club.
After school he joined the National Army as an infantryman, being particularly resentful of the indigenous man in his platoon. In a controversial event to this day, Eduardo claimed that the man attempted to deliberately shoot him during a live fire exercise. In a heavily publicized court martial trial, the Army jury voted in favor of Topo and the man was removed from the Army. To this day it is disputed if the case was legitimate or not. Topo left the Army as a Sergeant and attended college for free using his military benefits. He studied economics and graduated with a Masters Degree.
During his time in school he met his future wife, Regalina. They married after he graduated and he started a small store. However, government regulations became stricter and eventually the stress caused him to quit. it was now that he decided to run for political office, winning a seat in 2004. He has been in his seat since then, witnessing the surge of the People's Party and then their downfall in popularity in 2016. He was the leader of the revival of the National Party in 2016. He is now party leader and preparing to announce his run for presidency. He has a radical platform, combining hatred of indigenous people with an extreme free market approach.

First of all, this is a presidential system, so there are no official "Party leaders" as such. He can be a prominent politician form the National Party, though.
Your character seems a bit engineered, like the whole "fuck indigenous people club" thing, it’s fine to have a bigoted character, the National Party will have many, but I think you should expand on his backstory a bit more and go a bit more in depth with your politics. Other than that, it looks good
