While most heads of state are referred to simply as "King", "Queen", "President", etc, they usually also have a long ceremonial title. For example, Queen Elizabeth II has her full title as "Elizabeth II, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of her other realms and territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith".

What is your head of state's full title? We always use "[...] her Dependant Territories" regardless of if the President is male or female, as the dependant territories belong to Nacrad, which is designated a feminine pronoun, instead of the President.

We have separate people for heads of state and heads of government. Every Soviet, regardless of position are referred to by their last names, which is their place of birth. Gaulisceini means that he was born in Galuisca, Bornei means that he was born in Borneo, and so on. However, all governmental positions follow these titular formulae:

Princess Kyouko of Shikonjima uses the following title:

Yamura no Kyouko, Princess of Shikonjima, Viscountess of the Oui no Tochi, Highest Servant of the Four Souls, Highest Lady of the Kazoku.

The Oui no Tochi are the Crownlands, the territories immediate to the Principality (as opposed to Duchies, Counties, and Baronies), which she rules over more or less directly (formally by direct rule, but Regents and Councils are a thing).
'Highest Servant of the Four Souls' refers to the Main Gods of the Shikonjimanese national religion, the Shikon no Juuhai (Cult of the Four Souls). Before the takeover of the Warrior Clans in the 16th century, which Kyouko is a descendant of, Shikonjimanese Rulers used 'Descendant of the Four Souls' in order to reaffirm the divine justification of their rule. The Warrior Clans changed that.
The Kazoku is the 'Magnificent Lineage', the Shikonjimanese Royalty.

For a formal address, 'Her Royal Majesty', 'Her Royal Highness', or 'Koushaku-sama' is preferred.

Atakheer Khan uses the following title:

Atakheer Khan, Lord of the Sharulsi Khanate, Father of the Steppes, Son of the Yellow Desert, Unifier of the Black Hordes.

It may occur, that for a monarch, Atakheer Khan doesn't have a particularly long title, which is a result of the relative simplicity, down-to-earthness, and touch with nature inherent to the Sharulsi culture, compared to many others. Especially the latter is the reason why it has been customary to include 'Son/Daughter of the Yellow Desert', the initial core land of what's now the Sharulsi Khanate, into the Ruler's title for a long time. 'Father of the Steppes' is a translation of the name he has given himself during his coronation ceremony, but is also considered the reaffirmation of the national unity, due to the steppe climate in huge chunks of the Khanate. 'Unifier of the Black Hordes' is a title carried by all Sharulsi Rulers as well, as a historical reference to Gantulga Khan, founder of the Sharulsi Empire in the Middle Ages.
'His Royal Majesty/Highness' is preferred as an address.

The head of state is nominally the federal president, however, the Emperor of Auzkhia has held that office since its inception, making our federal state an elective monarchy, since the head of state is elected by both houses of parliament. There is nothing requiring it, it's just that it's kinda expected. The Federal Presidency is largely ceremonial, and the Chancellor holds more executive power.
