Your background check was Passed, but some of our background checks brought up whispers of 'serfdom'. We have found almost no proof of slavery or the use of humans as property, and for now we will Approve this transaction.

While checking the specific products that you were ordering, we discovered two things. One that the CR-23 production was switched over to parts, and so we will be putting together your rifles from unused parts. In fact, we will have to partially manufacture newer designs, but leave parts off, to produce the rest of your order. The second thing, is that that the polymer and brass line of ammo you just ordered, was mostly replaced by a nickle-steel alloy line in the military, and very recently has replaced most of our production for civilian or export markets. We can get you 20% of your order exactly as you asked, but we're going to have to fulfill the rest of the order with the new ammo line.

Here are the complications:

1. You will likely end up with ammo just as light and cutting edge as the polymer ammo, but as cheap as the military grade brass ammo was. You will likely get a 7-9 cent refund per round of Type 7, and a 2 cent refund on Type 1.

2. You will be sent a single batch of ten CR-223 prototypes, which are like the CR-23 rifle, but they have a top rail based on the AK-203 model, a more comfortable 'SAW' style grip, and a Bulgarian style flash-hider. Paperwork will appear with the rifles, that will heavily pressure you to test and compare the rifles in question.

3. You will have issues with the nickle-steel casings being a lot stronger. Multiple tests have shown that if you load ammo with brass casings to very dangerous +p+ pressures, the casing ruptures after one to three reloads. The Nickle-Steel casings have lasted up to eleven such loadings. You will have to worry about the enemy stealing the nickle-steel casings left over from firefights, and trying reload them. You will have to worry about them trying and succeeding to reload the same casings against you several times.

4. If you have legalized tactical style weapons in your nation, you have to worry about civilians hounding your military for the leftover casings, that were used to practice at ranges. If you give them the casings, they will keep trying and succeeding to use them over and over. This is bad if you expect your civilians to keep buying new brass cased ammo, and you have important industries depending on sales of ammo with brass casings.

5. If we find that you have actually practiced slavery, and not just the disappointing practice of prison labor, we will cut off future shipments and refund the money for any remaining shipments.

However, there seems to be a misunderstanding with the census, as we do not practice serfdom in any way (OOCly: yeah it was a misclick on my part), and we are devoted in protecting labour rights. The Coalition is currently struggling to arm its men in the defence against Turkey, and we hereby thank Pentagon Armaments' assistance.

In addition, due to unforseen difficulties, we request an extra 250,000 units of M16B1 rifles, and 10,000,000 more rounds of No. 1 5.56x45 mm rounds.

We know this is a large order, but it is what's needed on the campaign against terrorism, and the ongoing Turkish conflict. Nacrad has been outfitting the coalition, but its factories are simply overwhelmed. We hope you can understand.

There is a single complication:

The replacement product is M16s made from surplus Beshmakas parts. This nation used to be a middle man and dealer for basic equipment, but their storefront wasn't the best and their prices were at times suspiciously low due to issues with math. After inspecting a few M16B1s and a few of these Beshmakas "part-rifles, we found that the biggest difference is a newer M16A2 style handguard and a removable dust cover, which has a rail under it. Most of the parts rifles would today be valued at 470-570 if brand new, but they are parts rifles and are surplus. After a meeting taking up part of an hour, the leadership of Pentagonal Armaments has decided to give you Gold Member Status, crunch the math, and wave off any average costs over 500 dollars, to keep the price locked with the M16B1.

The margins are going to be very tight and we expect them to get tighter as we wait for the full payment to come in, but Pentagonal Armaments is happy to be back to selling weapons, munitions, vehicles, and armor to other liberty loving nations. The Pentagonal Armaments Power Pack, with Pentagonal TurboCharged Diesel Engine Model One, Liquid Cooled is quite a mouthful of a name, but it's also the most recent and most advanced "engine system" we have designed so far.

What makes this engine a big deal?

The engine system is compact, easy to maintain, easy to replace or fix, has a reduced fuel consumption for idle periods, while being able to kick out 1,500 hp (1,100 kW) during periods of heavy use.

Yes, the M1A2(SEP) Abrams can do it, and there are comparable tanks with similar engines sold at other storefronts.

The problem is those are multi-fuel turbine engines. They drink, drink, and drink. During times of strong use, such as invasions or counterattacks, the tanks travel about point six miles per gallon of fuel. While idling, they also are drinking quite a bit as well, despite doing almost nothing.

These engines are said to be compact, easy to maintain, and easy to repair or fix; but they suffer in terms of fuel usage and heat. This is a major reason why the T-80 tank family went back to high horsepower diesel engines.

Btw, The M1A2(SEP) Abrams costs 8.58 million NSD from the largest known supplier, while comparable tanks typically run around 9 million NSD or more.

There are some disputes if that tank can even kick out 1500 hp, with many sources saying it's closer to 1,400 hp (882 kW). Comparable or even better tanks from very respected arms storefronts can kick out as little as 1250 hp.

It is also calculated that for many nations, the average cost per gallon of fuel is 15 NSD, because it costs 12 NSD to get it to the combat zone.

The T-84 Oplot, when sold by the largest known supplier, costs 4.8 million NSD. Comparable tanks with better features cost 4.9 million NSD, at least, but go up to 6 million NSD.

All of these compared tanks are either equivalent or worse in horsepower. We can sell a comparable tank with a better or comparable engine, for at least six percent cheaper, which is a lot of money when you're buying a lot of tanks.
