Blasphemy is illegal nationally and punishable by fixed-term imprisonment or corporal punishment.

However, there's a bit of nuance to this: Couray is an extremely multiethnic and religiously diverse country, and it is only expected that you have any religion. As such, it is illegal to proselytize for atheist or anti-religious thought. One can be arrested for up to ten years with no visitation for this.

Blaspheming against Divine Leader Megatron is definitely banned, and will get you the penalty normally associated with insulting our Great Leader in any way: Death.

Doing it against some other god has no penalty besides whatever that god is able to levy by his own direct power. Similar to the burning of flags that are not ours, we do not regulate that at all.

Blasphemy is punishable by the gods themselves. The National Maailmainuskon Temple of Tödlichebujoku does not itself punish or sentence for blasphemy, nor does the secular state, leaving the action to be the domain of the upper pantheon of gods. Punishment varies by god and severity of offense, ranging from curses of minor annoyance to death.

A national blasphemy laws is unheard of in the Crowned Federation, though in practice an act of blasphemy that is done with clear malicious intention to provoke massive disorders may cause the perpetrator(s) to be punished under the Social Order Act; having to pay financial penalty with amounts vary. However, this is not usually enforced, and due to its history of abuse by several groups in the past it has been criticized by civil rights advocates and is undergoing debate in the parliament.

Blasphemy is illegal nationally and punishable by death:

Charges of blasphemy fall under the jurisdiction of the Holy Inquisition, and it is punishable by indefinite detention at an inquisitorial black site, corporal punishment, forced labor, and execution. Inquisitors are trained to view blasphemers, heretics, and infidels not as citizens, or even criminals, but as enemies of the state. No possible use of force against them is forbidden for any reason.

Danavaria has had no blasphemy laws on the federal level since 1965. However, the state of Eriksey retained its own traditional law against blasphemy until the late 1980s, when it was overturned by a Supreme Court ruling that judged it to be unconstitutional.

Blasphemy is considered a serious crime in the Imperium and as such is punishable by death, though nowadays the only sacrilege of artifacts and items, as well as heresy are only punished by death frequently today. But now for most other forms of blasphemy, it is more likely that you'd be imprisoned for a long sentence instead of executed.

Blasphemy itself is legal, provided one does not call for violence against religious people or commit vandalism against religious artifacts. In that case, the accused will be prosecuted for inciting violent acts or vandalism.

Blasphemy Laws:

According to the Treaty of National Religious Recognition: The Hispanic Catholic Church (recognized as a "historic institution") has the right to punish in non-physical ways people who openly make blasphemy, as long as they are confirmed members inside the church and didn't choose to leave it.

Speaking against the Hispanic Catholic Church and depicting blasphemous art of any of its figures is figured on the Ley Orgánica contra el Odio., same law that also condemns hate speech and hate demonstrations against LGBTQ+ people, people of other races and nations. However, only Christianity, native traditions and Eastern Asian religions are protected. Condemning blasphemy against the Jewish faith is up to the municipality to decide, and blasphemy against Islam is not punishable in any way.

Blasphemy is illegal nationally and punishable by fixed-term imprisonment or corporal punishment.
Legally defined as Offending the religious feelings in Crown Law, the imprisonment term ranges from 4 to 28 months (4-6 months representing arresto mayor in its maximum period and 6-28 months representing prisión correccional in its minimum period). The Kingdom of New Luzon accept any and all religious groups, and every person in the Kingdom is expected to abide by any one religious faith per the Pillars of the Philippine Reaction; antitheists are held to be on the same level as Communists (and/or, to a lesser extent, Fascists) so often that societies promoting anti-religious thought are often considered Parties of Interest under the Anti-Subversion Law, and the more militant atheist groups find themselves facing 12-20 years on the first conviction (Reclusión temporal), 20-40 years on the second (Reclusión perpetua), and Reclusión perpetua to death on subsequent convictions.
Puppet of the New Visayan Islands, typically used for fluff purposes.
