Description: Acknowledging the motivation behind the condemnation and the intent of its author, TannerFrankLand, to discourage intolerance in any form as an honourable goal;

Noting that the condemnation was based on the name and the associated beliefs, not on any known malicious or hostile action ascribable to NAZI EUROPE;

Asserting that while the Nazi ideology may be perceived as one of hate, one that is dangerous to minorities, the existence of the condemnation creates an undeniably detrimental precedent in that other ideologies may stand to be condemned by their detractors and enemies for nothing more than an idea or belief because of misconceptions and misinformation;

Understanding that while many disagree with the core values of the Nazi ideology, a dislike or fear of an idea, belief or ideology is no grounds for condemnation;

Condemn Aglrinia

Description: The Security Council,

RECOGNISING that throughout Aglrinia's existence it has oppressed, and suppressed the citizens of it's nation.

APPALLED that the Aglrinian government would publicly announce a 'Controversial Laws' section within their own national factbooks, which include, yet are not limited to:

1. Citizens must pay a $1000.00 fine if they're caught disposing of chewed bubble gum in an non-approved waste basket, and or on the ground/in the water.

2. Cars with license plates ending in numbers can only be driven on even days of the month, while cars with license plates ending in letters can only be driven on odd days of the month. However, all government-owned cars can be driven on any day of the month.

3. Any zoo and or person with authorization to keep an Indian Elephant will be given the death sentence if the Indian Elephant is spayed or neutered.

4. In Beijilano-(The Aglrinian Capital City) the penalty for public masturbation is to have the hand the person used cut off.

5. Drunk drivers are executed by having the alcohol level they were caught with injected into their veins and then having the entry site set on fire, causing the circulatory system to ensue into flames

6. For certain crimes, the presumption is guilt until proven innocent.

7. No convicted felons, are allowed to marry, and/or breed, if they're currently married or have children they must report to their local government centre. If you've had children, or are illegaled married outside the country knowing of these laws that passed as of 2/10/2010. Their families, and the convicted felon will be executed.

8. It is illegal to step on any of the nation's currency.

9. Emigration is Illegal.

DISGUSTED at the Aglrinian governments punishments and torture methods which include, yet aren't limited to;
1. Sensory Deprivation: the deliberate reduction or removal of stimuli from one or more of the senses
2. Disambiguation: a form of torture in which the victim's hands are first tied behind their back, and are then suspended in the air by means of a rope attached to the wrists, which usually dislocates both arms. Weights may be added to the body to intensify the effect and increase the pain.
3. Sleep Deprivation: is the condition of having too little sleep; it can be either chronic or acute. Long-term total sleep deprivation can cause death.
4. Forced Standing: a torture method in which the subject is forced to stand in one place for several hours, which can cause ankle swelling, bruising, and excruciating pain.
5. Death by a thousand cuts: the condemned person is killed by using a knife to methodically remove portions of the body over an extended period of time.

REALIZING that these laws and punishments for these ridiculous crimes, not only restrict Aglrinian citizen rights, but that they also cause international astiction & consternation.

THEREFORE The Security Council hereby condemns Aglrinia for their reckless disregard for human rights.

Noting that the Nation whose treatment of issues does not support such conduct is to be considered a violator of the statutes not only of the World Assembly, but of Reason itself;

Acknowledging that any Nation which deals with issues in a manner that belies a tendency toward tyranny and oppression is fully aware of the decisions which it makes, and is therefore as worthy of condemnation as any other violating Nation;

Observing that the Nation known as HC Eredivisie has engaged in policy-making decisions which strongly indicate a tendency toward violent and oppressive conduct;

- Utter Disregard for the Environment;

Realizing that these qualities reveal the evil, sadistic nature of HC Eredivisie’s leader, known by the title Dear Leader, which in and of itself belies tendencies toward dictatorship;

Realizing further that this Nation was rated the Most Oppressive Nation in the world in a recent World Census Report, and Most Corrupt Government in another such Report;

Believing any Nation which follows the principles listed above to be deserving of condemnation;

Hereby condemns HC Eredivisie.

A large loss of life during this short-term uncall for, nuclear war and anarchy has arisen in Wailfolk.
• The Holy Imperium of Deconiate's capitol has been obliterated by Wailfolk's nuke, and this is the evidence of no working functional government representing The Holy Imperium of Deconiate. However, the leader survived and is still proclaiming himself being God.

CONCLUDING that the Holy Imperium of Deconiate is a threat necessary of a condemnation because of its brutal disregard and callous of human life, unnecessary use of weapons of mass destruction, unnecessary hostility towards its regional neighbors and the international community

FURTHER NOTING the tireless work of the Region of Sion as a whole to ensure the nations of [region]Xcursion[region] have a safe region to reside; free from persecution and internal conflict.

ACKNOWLEDGING that the Region of Sion has a recorded constitution with all regional laws democratically voted upon.

FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGING that the Region of Sion amended its own constitution; thus enabling nations outside of the World Assembly safe entry and refuge.

REALIZING that "region" and "nation" were switched in the 'REALIZING' clause of CTBH, making the clause have little meaning,

COGNIZANT that The Black Hawks use a style of raiding where regions are not taken and held permanently in most cases, contra to what was stated in CTBH,

EXPOUNDING upon this by describing the raiding style of The Black Hawks to be little more than tagging the World Factbook Entry of invaded regions,

BELIEVING that tags on the World Factbook Entry do not have a cooling effect on free speech and democracy,

FEELING that nations all over the world share their opinions without regard to The Black Hawks, proving that The Black Hawks do not have a cooling effect on free speech and democracy,

AWARE that regions with active founders are immune to raids, allowing nations in those regions to have free speech and participate in democracy no matter how many raids The Black Hawks are a part of,

NOTING that the proposal 'Commend The Black Hawks' failed to even reach quorum in the Security Council,

FEELING that a proposal that did not even come up to vote is not worthy of being a reason for a condemnation,

ALSO KNOWING that 'Commend The Black Hawks' had the help of nations outside The Black Hawks and was not a conspiracy by any means of the word,

Description: DENOUNCING Southern Bellz for interfering with a free and fair election by tampering with an election in progress and corruptly maintaining power, through the unjust ejection of candidate nations.

AWARE that universally applied principles of international law mandate the democratic election of Regional Delegates by providing in every region of the world that the nation with the most endorsements at the time of the votes are counted is automatically elected Regional Delegate;

NOTING that the nation of Devonitians replaced Southern Bellz and became Regional Delegate of the South Pacific by using this democratic, universally accepted method of election,

APPRECIATING that Devonitians respected democratic rule by announcing free elections and by inviting and allowing all nations in the South Pacific to freely endorse other nations so as to freely and democratically select a new Regional Delegate,

UNDERSTANDING that after convincing enough nations to unendorse Devonitians, Southern Bellz resumed the role of Regional Delegate,

RECOGNIZING that at the time Southern Bellz resumed the role of Regional Delegate a democratic election was still in progress,

APPALLED that upon returning to power Southern Bellz suspended democratic rule to remain in power, violating the political and civil rights of the nations of the South Pacific with a campaign of repression which included:

* Unilaterally terminating an election in progress,
* placing the South Pacific under a state of martial law,
* ejecting candidate nations which had received valid endorsements,
* effectively destroying the votes of nations which endorsed the candidate nations

NOTING that such actions effect democratic decision making of the world community because the Regional Delegate of the South Pacific with it's large number of votes has outsized influence over if resolutions pass or fail in the World Assembly;

PROTESTING that by ejecting candidate nations involved in an on-going election Southern Bellz not only interfered with the civil and political rights of said nations, but effectively engaged in vote tampering by effectively destroying the ballots of a approximately 100 nations which the two candidate nations prior to ejection;

DENOUNCING the disenfranchisement of over 100 nations during an on-going election as an unwarranted attack on the right of the nations of a region to democratically select a Regional Delegate;

FINDING such actions to be dangerous, discriminatory, and a threat to the right of nations to democratically choose Regional Delegates;

FEARING such corruption and disregard for the spirit of democratic rule may spread unless these corrupt and undemocratic actions are condemned.

HOPING that by publicly condemning Southern Bellz the Security Council will discourage other nations from the deplorable and undemocratic practice of undermining, tampering with or otherwise interfering with on-going elections;

Recognizing that Eastern Islands of Dharma is an entity that greatly aids the World Assembly by welcoming national delegations newly entered into the international body and by teaching many national delegations the art of writing proposals for both the General Assembly and the Security Council;

Praising the natives of the region for, at the time of this resolution's writing, having produced forty-three resolutions that have helped improve the world, such as the resolution “Institutional Psychiatry Act,” which gave all persons with a mental illness or who are treated as such the right to mental health facilities, psychiatric treatment, and counseling and rehabilitation by mental health professionals;

Further Recognizing the region’s diplomatic works, one example of which being its treaty with Capitalist Paradise which allows members of Eastern Islands of Dharma to persuade individual WA member nations in Capitalist Paradise to vote certain ways on current or upcoming WA resolutions;

Observing Eastern Islands of Dharma’s embracement of diversity within the region, being home to many types of nations;

• GAR#52 Food Welfare Act, which distributes food to countries in a state of famine, while also creating an international seed bank to prevent individual crops from going extinct,
• GAR#61 WA Copyright Charter, which creates an international standard for copyrights, and protects patent holders from possible discrimination by individual member-states,
• GAR#70 International Competition Laws, which promotes international free trade, while preventing impairments to international trade, such as cartels, exclusive trade, and other anti-competitive policies,
• GAR#94 Microcredits and Microgrants, which creates the World Microcredit Foundation, as well as a subset - the Microgrant Institute - the purpose of which is to distribute microcredits and microgrants to impoverished individuals,

Apprehensively disclosing the fact that nation of "New Scorpio" successfully transported a nuclear device into the capital city of Scorpion City, during Coalition of Steel occupation, after the Emperic-Scorpion War, and during a rebel uprising that was intended to rival Coalition forces in the nation,

Horrified that the nuclear device was managed to be transported, activated, and detonated in the city center's ruins,

Further Horrified that said explosion was of massive yield, similar or greater to 21 kilotons of TNT, completely obliterated the city, engulfed it in radiation, and managed to kill over 30,000,000 Scorpion Citizens, as well as several hundred thousand Coalition personnel,

Nauseated by the losses of both civilian and military personnel, as well as millions of Universal Standard Dollars,

Disgusted that the regional commander, Seer, detonated the weapon with no regard to the civilian casualties, as well as his own forces, still combating Coalition forces throughout the city,
