2nd Card Olympic Games!

Well our first one was a wild success! In fact last games 550 bank worth of cards where given out to the nations that proved themselves to be the fastest card farmers out there.

Sadly we discovered a minor flaw with some of the games and as such I'm changing it up for this month! As most of you know I have nearly 60,000 cards now mostly commons as I reach ever closer to the goal of getting EVERY COMMON! Now with that being my noble goal I thought you know what would be super fun for a cards Olympic games? Card count games! Each rarity will be a category that can win a legendary! Now you may ask hey 9003 how can I enter I so want to win an s2 Fris that sounds amazing. Well The good news is you can start right now!!!!!!! All you have to do is make 10 new puppets and post a small introduction in here. Please include your main nation as well as your ten clean new puppets. (If you have puppets you never have had cards on that works too! We just want to make sure everyone is on equal footing)

The rules!
To keep the games fair we have a small handful of rules that we ask you to follow while you go and farm like mad!
1. NO GIFTS! Any gifts on your puppets will count against you in the final tally so no gifting your legendary collection over real quick.
2. No bank transfers. You are not allowed to transfer bank from any nation other then the puppets to themselves. If you happen to intercept a transfer of someone else that is a fair play.
3. No selling from your main to your puppets you have to go use the tools out there to find cards for your puppets to buy.

Remember you will have until the last day of the month to farm like mad and each card rarity will win a prize IE who ever has the most commons will win a legendary AND whoever has the most uncommons will win a legendary.

One interesting fact about my nation or card farms is: The RSCA# puppet series started as statistics and card farming puppets (Racodan Statistics and Cards Agency). The statistics part was abandoned after learning that API-answered issues do not generate packs...

Quick rules clarifications!

At the end of the month I will count all the cards on each of the 10 puppets that you entered with.

Gifts and transfers are allowed in between the 10 puppets and you can always gift cards out this will not count against you just no gifts in.

You are allowed to transfer bank between the 10 puppets but again not a transfer of bank from an outside source.

The prizes will be randomly given for each rarity. the goal of this is to allow you the collectors to collect any rarity rather then just doing the one the that earns the high value prizes.

Fun fact about my farm they end in 78s because when I was making my first set of puppets I got board after making 178 of them for my first set and the second set I got board making them around 60 but said no they both should end in 78 so I pushed it a bit further to get there.

What if we sell all the farmed cards to our main/secret puppets for a price around 25% above MV? Is that allowed? Is it even possible to prevent or catch this? What if i farm a card from a puppet of mine and i have that puppet place an ask of 100*MV?

I think we are not allowed to transfer anything from our main and/or other puppets to our participant nations.

If you check a nation's trade history, you can see who that nation sent cards/bank via transfer.
So if one participant nation here happen to be so miraculously lucky to sell a common card for 12312323 Bank to somebody; we can see the buyer's trade history and that if it happened to be in contact with the main nations here; thats against the rule.

However, with differently named puppets (i mean no connect whatsoever [not like farm1 and farm2 - like Christina Aguilera and Singapooreland]); whom have no-, or just slight connect (in trade histories) with the main nations here; it could be hard to decide who's puppet it is.
(With farm1 and farm2-like nations selling cards to the participants in bulk is more than suspicious, but if Christina Aguilera selling cards in bulk to one participant can be suspicious too, however what if it's my friend's nation - so i dont break the rule, which is that i am not allowed to send bank and cards from my puppets or main nation(s). Its not in the first post, maybe based on the idea; "who the heck have friends yet in 2020?" hahaha)

There are other questions we might have here, but I have to go now (I spent my whole morning creating my puppies). Sorry for my english also, I hope you can understand - I wrote it in rush.

Oh, and one more thing:
Can we know which participant will collect which rarity? Like when you go to olimpycs, you have to say in which sport you want to start.
I don't want to start collecting epics for example if one or more fanatics like me will start to collect those cards too.

To address thoughts that have come up:

I have a public data base of puppets as well as will check anything suspicious looking in trades and do random checks at the end of the month to try and catch any one being fishy but the biggest thing is its against the spirit of the games similar to taking performance enhancing drugs.
If there is interest however down the road the games may be modified to occasionally include no rules events or catagoreis.

I will tally up card counts periodically and post in the main op who is currently winning each rarity and with how many cards. This will be done weeklyish pending my real life busyness. As players you are always welcome to check each other's collections out and see that information as well. Any penalties for breaking the rules will be tabulated at the end so you may see a shift.

Otherwise if you are not in the cards discord (link in my sig) here's the links to the puppet data base as it is now and am always working on expanding it

This link leads to a Google sheet with several pages and the puppets that are confirmed page is on here

This is the link to sumbit your own puppets or any one else's puppets that you know. I work through these periodically updating based on what I find and what others submit.

A tamper/greese monkey userscipt that adds the puppet master to puppets names on auction pages and on card pages coded by racoda

I'm not allowed to sell cards on the market (to anyone - other than my other participants in the team), I can just do heists (which is a bank transfer, so its in conflict with the first sentence)

I'm asking this because i started to sell https://www.nationstates.net/page=deck/ ... 1/season=2 , because there was an offer for it; and it just came to my mind "am i already breaking the rules or not???!?!"
Maybe its my english, but rule 2 was not clear for me if i cant sell cards for anyone else either.

E: Or the "bank transfer" in the rule only means the bank transfer between my team and my other (non participant) puppets and my main.

You 100% can sell cards, what I want to avoid is using a bank transfer to send large amounts of money to the puppets from your main or an outside nation

If you happen to pull a transfer card while someone else is transfering bank it would be like just selling a card normaly so you can do that.

Yes you are allowed to purchase things from the NS store with real money to increase your deck capacity please make sure that you only do so for your own puppets.
