Nations of Europe,
As of late we have been, somewhat disoriented. More arguments, less deals.
This ends today.
I would like to personally invite you all to a European Meeting. Recently, after a short Bid, we will be hosting the meeting in the fine nation of St Scarlett, in their capital city, Rubin. I thank the fine people in St Scarlett for hosting, and again, we hope to see you all there.
Anyway, welcome, fellow Europeans! If you're not from the Region, Europe, sorry, but this RP isn't for you. This is a Euro-Council, not a UN meeting.
If you are European, welcome! Here's the first time we'll be meeting in an RP setting like this, so get yourself relaxed, because I have no clue what will happen.
About the Event
This event it meant to be something of a Europe type UN meeting, where we will get together and talk about issues in our nations, make trade deals, and condemn/commend nations and people as we see fit. These meetings are meant to better our nations, improving European relations and creating a stronger bond between out neighbors. The gracious people in St Scarlett have agreed to host, and will be accommodating all the leaders and representatives during their stay.
There will be some scripted moments, like our meetings, but most other stuff will be your doing. Going to steal from Scarlett? Go ahead (plz don't hate me Scarlett just saying something)
Wanna do some trade deals? Do that!
Wanna kill someone? Please... avoid that. I'll outline rules later but we all know that's not nice.
Rules
1. Respect each other! We may have heated arguments in Eurocord and the RMB, but please don't take it out on each other here. This area is for the OOC chat (IC coming soon)
2. Don't be a douche. This is self explanatory. Don't go around forcing someone to do something that you don't want to. If you want to fight someone on the streets, and they keep on avoiding you and saying no, stop, please.
3. Thou must listen to me. I know this sounds weird, but if people get in an argument here, we need to break it up quick. So if people argue, I'm gonna have final say, unless everyone else says otherwise.
4. No death without permission. Don't walk up to anyone and kill anyone in their entourage without permission. That's just annoying and we all might not want that character dead.
5. None of this is canon. We all have separate canons, so don't worry if something embarrassing happens, because this technically never happened. Unless you want it to, then be my guest.
6. As this is taking place in St Scarlett, Scarlett will be doing some RP events that might happen (if her people protest, if something happens in government, etc.). However I still want her to feel like she's having fun and not running everything, so if I come along and post something about the police talking to you, just know that I'm acting as Scarlett's nation at that time.
7. Respect Scarlett's laws. We're guests in her nation.
8. As per rule 7, you can break laws, but be prepared for repercussions if you get caught.
9. Magic is allowed (if you have any), but nothing like "I can snap my fingers and murder us all". Only stuff like creating light or miracles from God (but no stuff out of the ordinary). If your nation revolves around magic, please add it to the character info and we'll talk about it.
10. I'm expecting everyone to be in modern times. You can deviate, but don't go anything past like WW1 or too far into the future that you're space gods. Stuff like post-apocalyptic is okay, just don't go overboard.
11. Wanna cause drama? Please do! Talk to me or Scarlett (preferably me) if you plan on doing something major, because that might cause a large scale event if you do.

Residence and Meeting areas will be taking place in the Redwood Manor, which is the residence of the Grand Matriarch. There are leisure activities there, like a library and private garden, however more "common" types of leisure should be found in Rubin itself. Here is a photo of the backside of the manor.
Here's a character info sheet. It's just for me to know who's coming and for other people to know who they're meeting. Please do it for every major person that's coming (Royalty, PM's, Etc.), don't fill one out for the other 15 diplomats that are coming unless you have plans.
Some of the stuff (Like what you want to achieve here) is for me to know what you might be doing, and to better RP with you as NCP's. Don't worry, other rp'rs shouldn't be using this. Sorry it's big.

Sorry it's a bit big. Don't worry if you can't fill out some of the stuff, just put N/A or anything else if you don't know or don't have a plan. If I need it, I'll let you know, but more than likely all I need is the basic character info and that. Please add things that you think you need.
This next part is only needed once. As St Scarlett will be providing some security (mainly in the obvious areas), but as nations are what they are, some of us will want to bring our own guns. For this, be reasonable, don't just bring your entire military, bring a reasonable amount of guards. Enough to guard you when you're out and about, but not enough to make it look like you're invading the place. Also, Scarlett has said that if you must bring guns (which I assume you will), that it is only to be pistols, no rifles or anything of the such (make sure to specify anything you think might not count, and I'll check with Scarlett)

Don't worry if you're not around a lot, I'll be doing my best to make this fun for everyone, and if you can't participate on the important days, contact me, and I'll figure something out. If you no longer want to RP, just specify here, and I'll take you off the list, don't worry about anything, I understand if you don't want to continue.
