What is the 'Andromeda RP Group'?
In April 2019, a group of roleplayers launched a thread named 'Voyages in Andromeda', a sci-fi RP following the crew of a ship called the 'Defiance'. However, unlike most other RPs on NS which sadly tend to die, the community behind the original 'Voyages' RP has grown over time and now numbers over 40 active contributors writing across three different threads, set in the same universe. Over the course of the year, however, many of the talented people writing in one of the Andromedaverse RPs have come up with their own RPs and while people have generally done a reasonably good job at promoting their RPs on the Discord server, we felt it was about time that we created a central hub to link to and help to promote all of our member's RPs.

How do I join the Andromeda RP Group?
The Andromedaverse community is a friendly and constructive RP community. We aren't going to ask you to jump through any hoops or write an app, just hop on the Discord server or take a look at one of our threads (though we will ask you to write an app for your character). If you just want to read stuff, absolutely feel free, though I would recommend coming and saying 'hi' on the Discord.
You've split RPs into three Categories. What's that all about?
The Categories here are to differentiate between the Core Andromedaverse RPs (i.e. the ones being run by Dyelli Beybi), any RPs set in the same universe that are run by someone else (what we have called 'Stories of Andromeda': currently there aren't any, but that might change), and Andromeda Supported RPs (totally unrelated ones by community members).
How do I advertise my RP?
If you're writing in one of the core threads and want to advertise an RP, please make a post with a link to your RP and a one sentence description of it (preferably using the format we've used for the Core RPs). The only thing we ask in return is for you to please add the following to the first post of your OOC thread:
