The battle was hard and though but in the end, the Syrian army was defeated in the city of Al-Hasakah. Now the SDF have almost full control of the northeastern sector of Syria. Meanwhile the border town of Qamishii had been taken as well both battles fought by Osean Marines in concert with the SDF.

There is still heavy fighting in Latakia, Syria with Joyean forces fighting the Free Syrian Army and other foreign military forces. The beach landing just barely succeeded but the helicopter assault and landing were extremely effective. The command ship Naraeusan was sunk by an anti shipping missile and Joyean forces have no communication to the outside. The minister of defense and strategist Miranda Lawson were able to evacuate the ship be fore it sank and are now in a small Joyean base in Latakia. The fighting in Latakia has turned into anarchy because there is no commander most units are split up and there is almost no communication. The Syrian army has sent 4,000 troops to the city to help the Joyean soldiers but all the units except one or 2 have been split up. The Syrian government has also sent about 600 of it's National Defence Forces to help and are semi-effective against rebels and foreign military forces.

The total death toll of Joyean forces was 87,900 and 992,887 were injured and could not continue fighting and about 3,000,000 were injured and could continue fighting. Though they were able to push enemy forces out of Latakia Joyean forces were only able to get about 24 miles from the city before stopping an air and army base was established.

The J-16s are being escorted by 18 J-6 fighters
A J-16 is a massive 20 turboprop engine bomber produced in Joyea it can hold 400,000 pounds of bombs and each of its engines is contained in a pod holding 2 to 6 engineers each. The J-16 can fly with 16 engines gone though it must fly extremely low and at anight extremely low speed.

The bombing raid was successful with just about all of the only Osean air base destroyed and the pilots told command about the prisoners. Joyea SR-71s and E-8s are now constantly watching Osean bases. TU 95s have been using cluster bombs against the base to stol rebuilding efforts. Due to the danger of retaliation the Joyean Leader demanded that more S-300 anti-aircraft missiles be sent to Hell's Gate (the name our new base though we are attempting to find another location to set up a 2nd base that will be called Devil's Lair) he also demanded that S-60, Bofors, M1 Tunguska, DIVAD, and ZGU-1 AA guns be sent. In addition more radar systems were sent. Due to the threat of gas attacks ARS-12U, ARS-14KM, DEC-75, TMS-65 decontamination vehicles were sent along with BU-4 truck-mounted clothing decontamination devices along with RDP-4V, Mk. 14,15,16, and 17 backpack decontamination devices, and decontamination crews with PKHR chemical detection kit. The final death toll of the 9000 air force personnel working there was 8876 and for the 3000 army personnel working there was 2798
