In the name of the People of Nacrad, we hereby warmly welcome you in establishing diplomatic relationships with Nacrad via the construction of embassies.
Nacrad is a democratic country located in the southwestern coast of the Union of Christian Nations, devout in the furtherment of global peace and democracy. The people welcome all foreigners with open arms, and will strive to make your stay as pleasant as can be. The following attached is the registration form and the regulations for embassies.

Rules and Regulations
1. Regarding personnel
The total tally of live-in personnel, including any security personnel, must not exceed one hundred and fifty (150). Armed personnel must not exceed fifty (50). These limits must not be exceeded, unless approved by the national assembly.
2. Regarding weapons and/or magic
Magic is frowned upon. Those who are able and plan to use magic must register with the National Security Service, and given permits.
All weapons must be inspected by the National Security Service, and are approved of in a piece-by-piece basis. Each security personnel is allowed to carry at most 2 sidearms, 1 rifle, and 3 pieces of less-lethal weaponry. Heavy weapons, such as heavy machine guns, anti-armour armaments, anti-air armaments, are strictly prohibited on embassy grounds.
3. Regarding vehicles
An embassy is allowed to operate at most eight (8) civilian land vehicles, which must be unarmed, and resemble a civilian vehicle on the outside. Armour upgrades are acceptable. Those who operate the vehicle(s) are to obtain a Nacradian driving permit, or an International Driving Permit.
An embassy is also allowed to operate at most one (1) helicopter. The operator must have a civil aircraft licence, and are subject to the instructions of the Riverfort Area Air Traffic Control. It must also be disarmed. Any aerial vehicles requiring more than 100 meters (328 ft) of runway will not be allowed.
4. Regarding safety
The Nacrad National Army and Police Force will provide basic security services. As per international protocol, they will not enter embassy grounds, unless requested.
5. Diplomatic immunity
The diplomats and live-in persons of the embassy will be immune from charges of any sort, unless they actively endanger civilians.
6. Regarding the embassy
The embassy may be no more than 16 meters (52.5 ft.) in height, and may have a basement no deeper than 4 meters (13 ft.). It is given the right to display any flags, emblems or symbols deemed appropriate, but the Department of Foreign Affairs may request removal of any offensive, vulgar or distasteful emblems, flags or symbols.
It is also allowed to construct a wall, no taller than 4 meters (13 ft.), to separate itself from the surrounding city.
