Though blasphemy laws have been officially off the books for 20 years, many tribes have outright murdered members guilty of blasphemy in the past. Most tribal codes strictly prohibit blasphemy with the punishment being 5 years of hard labor.

Blasphemy laws are not stated by the National Constitution, but some people may try to discourage you from doing acts of blasphemy in certain provinces.

There are ostensibly no blasphemy laws.

Slandering or libelling Islam(the state religion)
is, however, considered hate speech;
Punishable by a mandatory education class in the community and/or up to 7 years imprisonment and/or up to an unlimited fine.
Mostly represents my views but what I think a Middle Eastern nation should do which will be sometimes different to what I think a western nation should do(because the people have different needs in different places)

In the Sultanate of Sharifistan blasphemers are put in the stocks(if male) or lead around the streets to jeering crowds(considered a more lenient punishment, if female).

Local authorities have discretion on whether or not to criminalise public blasphemy.
Maximum punishment ranges from a large fine to 1 year in the city jail.

There ain't no blasphemy laws in good ol' Skyhooked since the revolution, and any attempts to pass one would be thwarted by the Council and Overboss. No violence or something... they will be just deemed unconstitutional.

Zhouran is a secular nation with blasphemy laws simply being illegal and nonexistent. Plus the Spiritual Mandate, the native folk religion of the Kangyuli Zhouranese, is itself a secular 'religion' that doesn't really hold a concept of blasphemy.

Blasphemy in South Reinkalistan is considered to be a very grave crime. The Commission for Political Loyalty will investigate suspected blasphemers, and report them to spiritual authorities should they find any form of disrespect towards the nation's deity, Tosdoda. Following this, a show trial will be held and the offending party executed.

Blasphemy is strictly encouraged throughout the Tribes. Any ideology or sociopolitical figurehead incapable of taking an insult, challenge or question to their authority and reputation are likely to have difficulty gaining traction in public discourse compared to those with a sense of humor and repartee, especially given government incentives for publicly managed quality assurance programs.

Since Lillorainen's geography is currently being overhauled a 'tiny' bit, most information on it posted before December 12, 2018, is not entirely reliable anymore. There are no blasphemy laws in the Democratic Republic, as they would fall afoul of the inalienable right to the freedom of speech.

While the freedom of speech in our nation is not considered to be absolute (hate speech, which is specifically defined as 'any explicit or implicit calls for violence against an individual or group' is banned, for example), any actions of speech that one may consider 'blasphemous' (such as insulting someone's religious beliefs or insulting a religion as a whole) are not considered to be part of the reasonable restrictions upon the freedom of speech in our nation.
