Civil Rights ranking just jumped up massively

Despite failing to rank even in the top 10% for Civil Rights earlier today, and despite not answering an issue that gave me any sort of massive Civil Rights boost, Sensorland now has a top 1% badge for Civil Rights, apparently being ranked 372nd in the world.

Yeah me too it was in top 0.5% at my usual 43 but now its down to 0. what the heck is happening????

Same. I have decent civil rights but nowhere near 1%

The stats themselves are fine, just invisible. This is a surprising bug with something I was doing.

I will fix the rankings.

Same problem with my nation. Another puppet of mine had her civil rights jump from a modest top 10% to a massive top 0.1% and then plummeted into nothing with a top 100%

Same problem here. Answered 2 issues and got 2 times +100%, even if each answer were not supposed to boost civil rights. Each time it said I jumped 0.00 to 17 civil rights.
