The only way that I can fund you is getting a bank loan for you, or use my existing money. I might have you go about aiding me by getting rid of the pirate issue in the local Ylem sector.

The pirates in the Yelm sector are bigger than what I currently have. So if you want my help in putting down the pirates then help me become large enough to be worth the price. You can probably try to persuade the Yelm government to help you foot the bill to have a private military company build itself and maybe establish a more permanent contract with Yelm to host the Ducks if they do a good enough job cleaning up the pirates.

Well, I'm working on the economics. Ylem is "stable enough" planet-side, but I also need help in protecting trade between Ylem and other planets.

That's good but that's the aftermath of clearing the sector. What I need right now is to buy enough ships, ducks and weapons to be able to start this.

However these are the three things the Clan will want from this:
1. Enough credits to get enough ships, ducks, and guns to start protecting trade routes and killing pirates.
2. A cut from the trade routes they protect and pirates killed and/or captured.
3. Some land to call their own where the Clan can put their feet up and build from their near destruction.

That's literally it.
