How can I get my DoS status abolished?

Years ago when I was troublemaking good-for-nothing I broke site rules repeatedly by trolling on the forums. I realize now that I engaged in behavior that was not appropriate, in fact it was wrong. I ask with the utmost humility to the great mods of NationStates to exercise their mercy and give me a chance to show that I am a changed man who respects the rules. Please.
