Excuse me, could the castilla on my flag be edited so that the windows are better suited for the flag? Perhaps they could be the same red as on the cross, or the same purple as the background, or any other colour you see fit. Just so that painful blue goes away. Thank you!

They are both OK as designs, but if you want a link to Austria then the red/white combo would make sense.

Not a pro image editor, but I believe that putting fireworks as a top layer with half opacity should do the trick. Do you have any files to work with?

Ah, please disregard my earlier request. Instead, if I may make a different request?
I'd like a flag inspired by this Byzantine one:

I'd like the background to be a Tyrian purple, and the eagle in the center replaced by a shield bearing a symbol of England. Your choice as to whether to use the Royal Arms of England or Saint George's Cross, whichever you think looks better.

Saint George's Cross:

The crosses that are on the Byzantine flag can remain gold, as in the picture, or the inner cross can be red and the outer one white, as in the modern British flag. I'd like the charges in the four corners to be changed to a group of three fleur-de-lis in one corner, two crossed swords in another corner, a crescent and tree in another corner (as depicted here),

and in the last corner, an eagle standard like the one depicted here (except without the SPQR plaque and letters):

The colour scheme for the new charges is up to you, please!
