CCD's self commends and repeals are nonstop. They know that the proposal itself won't be good or possibly even reach quorum, hence why they almost barely create a forum. Their only reason to continue making proposals is for recruitment and propaganda.

They pretty much admitted previously that they don't expect these to pass, they are actually intended as an underhanded form of recruitment, so their region name is displayed in the submitted proposals.

From my end, the Confederation State Broadcasting telegram is clearly marked as recruitment (the one that begins with the phrase "You know us." - I can post the entire TG in question here if so desired, although I would rather not do so).

In any event, sending out a tag:wa telegram to promote your region a few days after a Security Council proposal to promote your region failed to reach the voting floor is terrible, terrible form; even flipping Enadia committed themselves to refrain from such wrongdoings last year!

Here's a not-so-bold prediction. Your region will try to leech their members away and their region will try to leech your stamp money away. Two parasitic regions trying to suck each other dry, with neither wise enough to realize there's nothing to gain from the other. Eventually your regions will rot away completely and one of the dozens of people that posted on this thread will refound your regions with a puppet nation just so they can say "Hey, look what I refounded!
