There are around 1,650 local channels for SRTV. And also, the SRTV is part of the Department of Broadcasting of the Ministry of Public Enlightenment of the Magistrate of Social Affairs. However, some of their content can be modified by the Ministry of Propaganda, in accordance with how they saw it fit.

There are no privately-owned broadcasting networks in Sovietstanica, however, in recent years, following the Civil Rights movements, several private-owned broadcasting networks have been allowed to enter Sovietstanica. Danavaria has 5 terrestrial TV channels:

DTR1 - The flagship station of DTR (Danavarian Television and Radio - the nation's public broadcaster), it caters to a wide audience, and broadcasts a variety of programming, including dramas, comedies, quiz shows, sports coverage and news bulletins. It was the first TV channel in Danavaria, created in 1938 under the name "Danavarian Television".
DTR2 - Generally more educationally-oriented than DTR1, this channel mainly broadcasts documentaries and cultural programming. It was launched in 1970.
Channel 3 - The first commercially-funded TV station in Danavaria, with a reputation for "low-brow" content. However, in recent years it has produced some high-quality dramas that have been critically acclaimed. It was created in 1978 to provide competition for DTR. It is now part of the "3 Network", which also owns several satellite channels.
DTR Regional - This channel's programming varies by region (Aboredia, Fralesia, Karelnia-Eriksey, Midfama-Capital, and Southerney). Its content is consequently focused on the region it is made for, however some regional programmes end up being broadcast nationwide.
DSK - The Danavarian-language channel (Danavarsc-Sprak-Kanal). All programmes shown in this channel are in Danavarian - a mixture of home-grown content and dubbed foreign / English-language shows. It is partially owned by the federal government, but primarily funded by advertising.

All radio and television channels are owned by the state. It is forbidden to hear/watch foreign radio/television channels and non-Terabithyan films/series that aren't approved by the government. Any foreign non-approved shows count as 'Prolefeed' and who gets caught listening or watching them will immediatly be expelled from Terabithya.

The favorite series of most Terabithyans is the Terabithyan series Bigtopians say the darndest things.

There is some public broadcasting, and lots of private broadcasting, and a little more self-censorship regarding content, though that is being challenged nowadays to allow more 'TV nudity'.

NABC is the top public broadcasting service.

There are only three television stations in Polinikia, all under the umbrella of the Taiete o Tivi Horero reo 'o Poliniki (Poliniki Broadcast Company) or TThRP. TThRP1, TThRP2, TThRP3. TThRP is subsidised by the government. There are commercial breaks, between programmes, and during intermission of longer fare, such as films, sporting events, and cultural events. The main television transmitting stations are in Alekenekapura, with secondary relay stations in each of the four outer island groups.
TThRP1 is primary informational and news programming. TThRP1 also presents cultural events from all over Polynesia, as well as Polinikia. Song and dance competitions from across the islands are a popular entertainment. TThRP1 also broadcasts on radio, as Ratio TThRP Etasi.
TThRP2 presents lighter fare, largely entertainment from local sources, but also from New Zealand. Outrageous Fortune, popular in New Zealand is widely followed in Polinikia. E Pele i Taua Fotu'a / E Here Taua i Ta Hotu ( Follow that Star). Is a popular local made programme.Australian and American made television programmes are also shown. A recent introduction to TThRP2 has been some Korean (dubbed into Reo Poliniki) films, and dramas.
TThRP3 is both the educational and public access channel. During school hours, classroom sessions are aired for those students who live on more rural islands. All lessons are in the two Reo Poliniki dialects. In the evening, programming is turned over to public access. Any citizen may present their own programmes , as long as they adhere to acceptable guidelines. Of course the big draw on TThRP3 is the broadcasting of local sporting events such as football, cricket, and rugby, during the weekends, and holidays.
