Thing is, the IC starts at 27 BC. Aegon's conquest wouldn't happen for another 27 years. That means we're gonna have to play through 27 years in the IC without the Targaryens doing anything, really.

For example, the Volantis player can take the Starks if they want, while the Mallister player can take New Ghis if they want.
