City of Aeos-Captial City of the Hobbeebian Imperium- Palace of the Eternal- Throne room of Aetheria

Within the throne room proper the room was vaulted with staging steps of solid polish white marble with golden inlay depicting the history of the Imperium starting as three feudal kingdoms ruled by three brothers, the War of Unification which saws the three become one under the banner of Hobbeebius Ickarus the Eternal, and the numerous wars and advancements in Hobbeebian culture and society- in all some nearly 1200 years of recorded history all keep in detail through the carvings. The room which was circular was supported by massive pillars of polished obsidian each depicting a statue of other past Emperors whom died in battle while defending the Imperium and expanding her influence with the arms stretch upward as if holding up the roof. Around the walls of the room where tapestries of various scenes of history and Imperial heraldry... all illuminated by the sun which was brought in an defused providing soft golden light with no determinable point of origin.

The Call of Court had finally ended, where once a thousand citizens once stood clamoring for a chance to bend the ear of their Lords, now stood no one and the roar of the crowds gave way to the blissful silence of the void which filled the ornate and glittering halls of the throne room where Hobbeebius, Ca'rl, and Johnnius remainder seated in their respective thrones. Each savoring that very silence before one would speak and ruin it all. Behind them stood their ever-faithful watchers and protectors, the fabled Guardians-of-Light, 13 in all 4 to each with one presiding over as the Guardian Commander each nameless each an unknown- as per tradition. Like most things in the Imperium, the throne room, guardians armor and weapons, and the imperial palace exemplified to high attention to detail and the peek of craftsmanship.

From this room the full power and might of the Imperial family was seated and the weight of that power could be felt by all as if like a presence that lingered in the air and invaded the mind of those who entered... no matter whom they might be. As the Emperors sat in silence the massive carve stone doors slowly opened to the chorus of aged, yet strong wrought iron hinges. then entered the Imperial Chamberlain who carried with him a missive written by the Imperial Academy of International Affairs. As the Chamberlain came to a stop he lowered his head as a sign of respect and awaited to be acknowledged by the three... Hobbeebius was the first to speak.

"Chamberlain Mattaius... I see you bring news. Speak and let it be known." Mattaius lifted the missive which was ascribed upon vellum.

Your Imperial Majesties, May your reign by long and your wisdom unyielding. This missive comes from the Imperial Academy of International Affairs, and upon it are these words... (Clears throat) By your grace my Lords we bring you the news of the conglomeration of local states, of non-vassal status and the proclamation of the creation of a new regional authority provided power herein by the signatory nations of the region. The invitation has been extended to our great nation to accept the terms and join the budding authority. Since this invitation an election has been announced by the new governing body to determine the executive head, known as the Bishop." As the Chamberlain ended the missive he rolled the parchment back and offering it to his Lords if they so choose. Hobbeebius waved his hand to dismiss as did the others prompting the Chamberlain to respectfully bow before performing an about face and retreating from the room.

Chamberlain! Please wait. We wish to release a missive of our own... The Chamberlain turned about once more and riased his head as if to signal he was ready to receive the message.

"One can not stop the tide of the oceans much like no one can stop the tides of change. We applaud the nations around us in coming together and recognizing that their power does not come from them alone but from the unify strength of unified states. However, Bearing this in mind we can not abide by an election to head the region is what seems to be a super-state fashion that if not already will seek to erode the sovereignty and the very cultures of those nations that comprise of its membership. As such the Imperium will remain neutral in this "Golden Kingdoms" affairs, but will also expect in kind the mutual respect shown to it by that same Imperium.

As the state of affair stand now we invite any and all nations of this region to wish to open a bi-lateral dialogue with us for the establishment of trade and diplomatic relations should you wish it....

Signed,

The Imperial Family of the Majestic Imperium of Hobbeebia

The Kingdom of Claus Merovia, The City of Merona, The Castle Most High, Castle Court

"Salutations!" bellowed the King. The Court had assembled in full, with the late addition of Count of Meloia. The room stood silent for a minute, and he continued "The Golden Kingdoms have established the position of the Bishop to go to the Grand Delegate from the Kaiserreich of XKreig. Though we were in support of the Grand Delegate from Chinoor, we must stand behind the Bishop's new Government. Let us begin the session of court." turning, he motions to the Escritoire of the Court. The man stands and addresses the court: "On the agenda for today are the discussion of the new College of Arts being built in Romena," he pauses, "the war impending between Rhomaion and The Italian Papacy, potentially including Savastone," again he pauses, looking the audience over, "and..." he enunciates it slowly, "the dissent of the Hobbeebian Imperium to join and work with the Golden Kingdoms." A groan emerges from the court. The court begins session.

They spoke of the College of Arts, and the impending war for quite some time, opposing sides challenging each other passionately as their words echoed off the ornate and ancient walls of the Castle Court overlooking Merona. It was wintertime, so everyone had donned their woollen courtly robes. This particular day it was snowing lightly outside the castle walls, and coming through the Grand Balcony into the hall. It was called for the curtains to be closed over the balcony and the candles to be lit. Just as they were closing the grand silken drapes over the light and snow, the King motioned to the Escritoire, who promptly stood and announced "Now on to the dissent of the Hobbeebian Imperium, a nation with whom we have rarely known and remains a mystery to us." They had all waiting to speak of this - it was by far the mot interesting bit. A dissenting Kingdom across the sea, shrouded in mystery.

After some time, it was agreed upon and decided that an expedition, a diplomatic one, to the Imperium would be in order by the Order of Malt to explore the country and inquire with it's Emperor and nobility the reason to their dissent. Setting out at sunrise the next day, they would venture onwards.

The Silvari Empire, Royal palace at Silyueg Capital of the Empire, The emperor's study in the old part of the castle.

It was with a heavy heart that the large royal family of the Silvari empire took the news of the loss of their candidate for Bishop a diplomat from The Federal Republic of Chinnor. Emperor Zahurili had been spurred on by his third wife to open up to the outside world and this vote had been the first big one a delegate from his nation had been sent to. Now sitting here in his office, the smell of oak from the wood paneling and fine parchment scrolls he was reading in his hands, he was caught in his own thoughts. His neighbors the Imperium of Hobbeebia had decided to fall neutral in all affairs maybe they should do the same.

Standing from his position at the old style sitting floor desk Emperor Zahurili walks to the large window that overlooked the royal gardens where his children played. The old wooden boards which make up most of this wing of the castle, original back nearly five hundred years now creaked with every step. Down in the Garden he could see his two younger full brothers Prince Choya and Prince Cayle and their families. The last two remaining of his full-blooded siblings that hadn't been banished to the summer palace by his father or like his full-blooded sisters, married outside the family. They would be good diplomats to send out and would give their children some time away from their cousins. Yes, that is what he would do, his beloved Zilikia wouldn't be mad about him not listening to her and he could scope out both sides. Sometimes he wondered why he married his third wife in the first place.

Back to the desk he quickly drew up the required papers sending them off with his countless scribes so the ministers, mostly far off extended family, could start their work of preparing for royal departures and visits to other nations. To the Imperium of Hobbeebia he would send his youngest brother Prince Choya, his wife and two daughters with gifts made from the royal farms and temples. To The Kingdom of Claus Merovia, a large member of the region and also a fellow voter for Chinoor, he would send his other brother Prince Cayle his wife and three children with the same gifts. Maybe he could send his eldest with one of his uncles, the young eighteen-year-old would soon need to learn about the outside nations soon.

Corporate Headquarters of the Raven Corporation- Terra City- Kornosia- Office of Colderon Jason Zion

"Should we send a delegation team? coyly mused Azuala as she swirled a glass of red wine playfully letting the reflection of the natural gas fed torches lining the pillars dance up and down. Her father, sat in his chair behind his large desk surrounded by a haze of smoke from his cigar which currently say unattended atop a glass of fine scotch. Colderon seemed to be distracted as usual looking over sales reports and such. Azuala leaned over and took the cigar from its perch and took a long drag letting the smoke fill her mouth before placing it back and letting the velvet grey cloud slowly roll out and across her ruby red lips.

"Perhaps you're so keen on going because you have taken a liking to the young Imperial Prince?"
cautioned Colderon as he dipped a sheet of paper down unobscuring his silvery eyes before lifting it back up to resume his read through. Azuala scoffed slightly at the accusation with a mocking and exaggerated pout face before returning to his glass. "And if I had... I figured you of all people would be so happy his oldest daughter may have found the love of her life..." she retorted.

Colderon sighed but delayed his response.

"Or so you believe... And that man you seemed so infatuated with is no prince. His name is Sevyn Ikcarus and he is the 2nd cousin of Hobbeebius Ikcarus. Hardly next in line to the Imperial thrones... You deserve better"

Azuala rolled her eyes as she was not the best at receiving affection. "I deserve what I desire..." she finished off her glass and stood from the chair and started to leave the office stopping just short of the doors. "I will attend this summit in the name of Kornosia as her first Princess... That should allay any concerns on yours and their parts as to our intentions and I will take private security instead of Corporate security as well. "

Colderon dropped the reports and cracked his neck before responding. You wont be going alone. I and your sisters will accompany you. In the end I am still your father, your King, and your employer. I shouldn't neglect my duties as well.... Aegies! Prepare my plane for departure. "

From the shadow of the torches emerged a mountain of a man clad in black armor that seemed the eat what little light that did strike its surface. His helm gave no hint of life underneath the hooded cloak that shrouded him. "I assume we will be traveling to the Imperium yes?" he asked while getting only a approving nod from Colderon before slipping back into the shadows once more and melting away from the room.

Corporate International Airport- Departing from private runway- aboard the personal aircraft of the Zion Family.

Like all things that the Zion's owned the aircraft they took was one part luxury and one part more luxury. The hull was a composite of an alloy of titanium and black ceramics with a golden Raven Corporation sigil emblazoned upon the tail and the wings of the aircraft. On the inside there wasn't single instance of plastic anywhere with everything being handmade and of exquisite quality and craftsmanship. From the fine leather and fur chairs to expensive wine and whiskeys and custom wood and marble interior. As the Zion family walked onto the plane the automated lights turned on dimly and slowly turned up the brightness. Standing by where 5 attendants all finely dressed in black dresses and black tuxedos with black shirts and golden ties.

"Greetings Mr. Zion... The aircraft has been prepped to your specification. Mr Aegies is in his cabin." Spoke one of the attendants as he presented a cigar and a glass of scotch. Colderon Took the cigar and glass and took a seat followed by his three daughters each taking a glass of scotch or wine and as they got settled in 10 CSS troopers followed in and took their places at certain points in the main cabin to stand guard just as the door was closed and the engines roared to life and sent to aircraft down the runway and into the setting sky.

So Azuala... Are you really thinking about hooking up with that Hobbeebian prince?" inuired the youngest daughter Izis as she adjusted her dress pushing up her breasts ever so slightly and touching up her lip stick in a hand held mirror. The middle daughter Azilee chuckled slightly at the thought. "Azuala... sett down? I believe our bank account would go broke before that happened" she quipped as she thumbed her way through a book. Azuala laughed and tilted her head back and took a deep breath.

He has... the most amazing eyes. Like looking at the eyes of an angel. Its hard to explain."

The three sisters giggled like little girls and gossiped among themselves as the flight carried on before arriving into Hobbeebian Airspace.

OOC: Hobbeebia you can handle their approach and such... I'll pick up afterward.

Silvari Empire, Capital City Silyueg, Royal Palace at Silyueg, Family Meeting Hall

The noise in the chamber grew louder as the family members of the Ilserion Family slowly filed in. Sitting at the head of the long low table on a raised dais just about the same height as the table itself was Emperor Zahurili and his four wives, his first wife Queen Suriko, his second wife Queen Sairya mother to his firstborn son and heir, his third wife and most beloved Queen Zilika, and his youngest wife Queen Zyana only married after being pressured due to Queen Suriko no longer being able to have children. Zyana’s hands rested on her belly carefully cradling it and the babe growing inside.

Each Minister took their seats along the table, the last two on either side of the dais being filled by Prince Choya and Prince Cayle before all grew silent as the emperor spoke. “Let us begin this meeting with a list of my worries I bring to you.” The emperor motions to the court scribe to begin. “Today we speak on the Nation of Hobbeebia and our continued involvement in the Golden Kingdoms Council of Nations. Hobbeebia is our fellow nation on our soil and we feel a need to keep close ties to them, but they have decided to remain neutral in the affairs going forward and so we must ask do we remain neutral? Do we side with the nations making up the Golden Kingdoms despite our little knowledge of them to the far-flung west? It is this purpose we speak to you today, I humbly accept your advice.” Debate raged fiercely in the room between his uncles, and other extended family members that made up the ministers of the Emperor Until Prince Cayle spoke. “Brother you would not have brought this to us without a solution already, half these men sit on here just to be yesmen to you. Please can we stop this debate, just tell us what you have planned.” Sputtering echoes from down the table as several of the ministers take offense but were not high enough on the council to really voice this. “This is why mother likes Choya the best. I guess I should begin like Cayle said. I propose a delegation to be sent to Hobbebia first, as our neighbor they are more important than some far flung of collective. A delegation would also be sent to Claus Merovia, they are very high up in the region and supported Chinnor like we did for the position of Bishop. Choya you and your family would go with the delegation to Hobbebia, act in my stead and do good for the nation. It would be good for your daughters to get some time away from their cousins, especially at that age. Cayle I need you to go to Claus Merovia, please your my best diplomat and we do not know much about them.” A nod from both princes and grumbles from the rest of the council, but no one did anything this happened at every single meeting. “Now which one of you wants to bring Prince Celini.” Queen Sairya’s head turned to the Emperor with a snap. "You are not sending my baby out into the world like this! He is only eighteen, the last time he left the palace was when you were crowned when he was two.” the ministers sighed and stood leaving the emperor and his wives for the marital spat. Prince Celini would be going with one of the royal brothers, only queen Zilika could get away with bossing the emperor.

A few days passed as the supplies needed and gifts were being gathered. Well each nation would receive the same gifts, they hoped to personalize it a little the silk and wool were dyed the colors of the Hobbeebia flag. The three dragon pearls were carefully laid in their wooden cases cradled in plush silk. Standing upon the royal docks was Princess Hanya dressed in warm winter clothing, her two daughters, ten year old Lady Rhuril and seven year old Lady Mayka standing next to her. A short distance away stood Prince Choya and Prince Celini warm woolen cloaks gathered close to keep out the chill. “I give you my blessing as emissaries of the crown, may you bring prosperous joy wherever your travels bring you and return home safely at the end.” The Emperor annointed the two with sacred oil held by the head priest of the temple of the whale. The five climb aboard the boat which pushes off from the dock, sails across the bay and stops at the airport on the island just off the capital city. There the five board the private airplane used just for royals and set off towards their destination Hobbeebia.
