Please provide a link to the proposal in your report. Also please refer to the rule broken by number and letter from the SC rules guide. Some of the things you cited aren’t rule violations at all (wrong appearance for example).

There is no need for such condemnation, as Koem Kab’s International Artwork is an inspiration to many NationStates users, such as myself, and is a landmark for the immense success of a nation who has started from nothing, as have we all. What is there to gain, I ask you? Why the condemnation of a nation who just followed their goals and made it to the top? And what does the condemnation stand for? Does said nation have anything to repent about harvesting cards? I’ll tell you right now, this condemnation acts as no deterrent and Koem Kab still remains active on the market. Is this what a NationStates user is to stand for? To collect and trade as one would feel free to, and be so good at to be 1st, just to be condemned? Of course penny trades happen! Who would say no to a good deal! And why say no to other’s good deals! Monopolization/Hoarding of cards is also transacted from other users, and it has consent of both! So, I’ll conclude it that condemning Koem Kab was and is wrong on many fronts, and doing so violates economic liberties that every nation should be allowed
