I would appreciate if you guys could write proposals I could put up on the security council

Sorry you wants us to write a Condemnation for you to submit? That's not really how it work, you submit your own work. Maybe you can find someone to collaborate with. I'd suggest starting by familiarizing yourself with SC customs.
