Recuecn wrote:Sorry for the hassle, but I've just edited the 'Overtaking difficulty' and 'Margin of Error' stats on the Ile Saint-Joseph track. After originally changing the Agression and Technical difficulty, I realized these had to match--I probably wasn't properly conceptualizing things like overtaking difficulty on the third sector, for example. Sorry for the last minute change.

This also brings back up my question about the Margin of Error stat for circuits: the circuit submission guidelines seem pretty clear that a low margin of error in fact means that crashes are less likely, but looking at other circuit submissions without the explanation to reassure me each time has been getting my paranoia working that i'm interpreting the stat backwards.

Don't worry; I haven't recorded every single attribute for every submission yet, so it shouldn't affect anything! With regards for the Margin for Error stat, you are correct that that is how it works (the lower the stat, the less likely a crash is to occur), even if it is a touch counter-intuitive. Be not afeared!

Drivers, start your engines applications and paperwork!

No but seriously, I'm pretty excited. As evidenced by the fact that I wrote fully twice as many words as I was aiming to and then had to figure out how to pare down as much as I could XD

I don’t love having my team’s nads on the block, to be perfectly honest. If anyone’s thinking of submitting some drivers, I would be very welcome if you did it now rather than later.

The word limit means that I probably can't use the full names frequently, like so.

Vice Foresittend Jolyn Maxine Caulfield Moira “Неуловимая, Женщина-шпион” Marlene Wendy Lucille Lapis Jill Khorosheva Vin. Zolina łnt. Natasha Vasilisa Helen Ceeta Tescelyn Maximovna: Why are we here, Adriana?

Zastępca Strażnika Adriana Krystal Desiree “Cudowny Manipulacja Światłem” Venus Kowalski Faith Stanisława Engelse I. Cherise Krystyna Zaborowska Sztormowska Pamela Alina Re. T. Lillian: To win this race, ayy! ^^

Because... look at it! The names made up 40 words, or something. :P

-----

Mind you, this is not me complaining. More of me saying that "Well, I don't have to copy-paste the names all the time," when I can do this:

"Why are we here, Adriana?" asked Jolyn.

@ USS Monitor / Sherpa: Both my drivers would like to sign up in your team, if that's all right.

I will try to post a RP tonight, if possible. I have been sleeping too much lately and I have to catch up with my IRL work. ><

RP something where they inquire after the job.

I'll probably hold off a little bit to see if anyone else is interested before I finalize anything. If there is interest from other people, I might do one of yours and one of another nationality. Or whatever makes sense to me a couple days from now.

They don't have email, but you can use the mail or the telegraph to let them know you're interested. Or just show up in person. It's not weird to them for someone to just walk in.

As OK'd by Rarity, this was done in xkoranate. Sorry I was in a bit of a rush and couldn't find a quick way to average the lap times.

I didn't use the Racing Scorinator because I was having this issue: Image Is there a way to get that to show driver name in addition to driver number (instead of the team)? (I've blocked out the latter because these results don't count.) Am I doing something wrong?

Hello hello, Auruna here. Usually doesn't post stuff like this.

Had a pretty busy week with little motivation. Anyway, I have a question: Is it possible for a team to only field one car due to certain circumstances i.e. lack of drivers and such?

Had it in my mind for the whole week. And I was thinking that my team will be like 2013 Marussia F1.

Anyway anyway, sorry for the bland posts.

A few teams fielded only one car the last season of WGP2, so you should be good to go with one driver if you wish. Not sure why you'd need to do it though, there are still quite a few drivers available (Stone, Aurora, Pegasii... to name a few).

Mmm. You needn't worry. Apologies I was only able to get this post out as late as I did!

Emmet: Okay. What I see are people, inspired by each other and by you - people taking what you made and making something new out of it.

I haven't got much quality on the posts this week. So pretty much the same but still different.
I was exhausted too much and I need some fine, relaxing weekend

If you TG me a link to the sheet you're using I can have a look at it. The Racing Scorinator is my handiwork and it's a bit buggy and stupid sometimes.

Quick question: Do I need to provide the test times on my own? I don't mind doing it. ^^

But I will have to say, I don't have much of an experience with scorinating!
