The General Council of the Judiciary’s decision on legislative elections

Because of the recent events that occurred in The Free Land of Pheonisland, from tampering with the results of the parliamentary and presidential legislative elections, the Communist union Party (CUP) and the National Front Party (NF) were implicated in these actions that impede the march of democracy in our country, and its negative consequences on state institutions.
These are data and statistics published by the Phoenician Independent Commission for Monitoring Parliament Elections and submitted to the judicial authorities. It stated that widespread fraud was practiced in polling stations and offices, for the benefit of candidates in the Communist union Party and National Front Party , by inflating voter numbers and manipulating the voting results by dolls nations.
By virtue of the independent judiciary empowered to it, the following institutions :
* The General Council of the Judiciary.
* The Constitutional Court.
* The contentious Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court.
Are issued the following judicial rulings:
1 - The work carried out by the Communist Union Party and the National Front Party is a violation of public laws and is considered morally unacceptable, outside the spirit of electoral laws and a violation of the principles of democracy, where their voters rigged the electoral ballot, using puppet states to increase the share of the Communist Party and the National Front Party candidates, It is an illegal act, which is reprehensible.
2 - The results of the votes of the Communist Party and the National Front are canceled in all polling stations in all regions and municipalities.
3 - The abolition of all the presidential positions held by members of the Communist Party and the National Front within the government institutions of the state as well as the regional councils,, the regional councils, the municipality councils and the administrative units. For a period of 4 years (8 months in NS) which is the legislative period to rule the country.
4 - Preventing the candidacy of the Communist Party and the National Front for the legislative elections January 2020, and the upcoming legislative elections after 4 years (8 months in NS) .
5 - A six-year (12 months in NS) prison sentence for 47 person on charges of Disturbance of the elections, impede, disturb and interrupt the elections, as well as the scrutiny of the elections.
6 - Imprisonment of 4 years (8 months in NS) for 122.365 person on charges of Impersonation of voters at the time of voting or voting more than once.
7- Preventing the departure from the national territory of Mr. Aesop Heroidias, the head and deputy of the Communist Party and all direct leaders.
8- Preventing the departure from the national territory of Mrs. Timothea Eudokia, the head and deputy of the National Front Party and all direct leaders.
9 - We consider that it is not appropriate to repeat the elections, to avoid any new electoral fraud and in order not to engage in political struggles for the psychological well-being of the people of Pheonisland.
Therefore, we announce that the current results on January 20, 2020 at 1:30 European time are official results and approved in the second legislative ballot for The Free Land.
Thus, the second parliament will be composed of 80 parliamentarians, topped the list by the Socialist Party (SP) and the Liberal Democratic Alliance (LDA), pending the selection of the head of state.
