Comments: Friedrich's personality revolves around being the best constitutional monarch (read: living national symbol with important but limited powers) he can, and in his earlier years he was actually far more repressed (Earth) due to conflicts between personality and duty. Now approaching his midlife, the Emperor has struck a more healthy balance in life and combines a very hospitable demeanor with his natural wit and exuberance.

The Chancellor is more mellow around friends, but still holds the initiative in most conversations - even if he's been under the table for a good 40 minutes.
