We wish to note that the purchase of 19,650 aircraft of this class would be a very costly endeavor, as the individual aircraft are priced at $2 billion dollars each. The price for this endeavor would be a total of 39.3 trillion New Dornalian Dollars, subdivided as follows:

1. 39.3 trillion for the cost of the airliners themselves.
2. 0.2 trillion for expenses related to the increased size of the order and the requirement to hire extra subcontractors to perform the order in due speed.

As such, we propose three options:

2. We negotiate a clear payment plan. I have been authorized to make purchase for Autocracy of Blagorgansk. Our first eye rests upon the Hammond Motors Citymaster UPV. As Minister of Civil Defense, I can only see that this vehicle will help keep our cities safe. One never knows when a dangerous element of dissent could sit in. But worry not for our people. Government of USSB has approved limited funds for this purchase. Therefore I would like to make an offer. The list price for the Urban Pacification Vehicle is $3 million per unit. At that price, we can buy 26. That would total $78 million. I would like to offer $132 million for 55 vehicles. We will add our own water cannons and RWS type systems domestically, saving you that cost. This would be $2.4 million per vehicle.
