The Government of Free Land of Pheonisland and the Parliament President, Mr. Heroides Hadriana, are looking forward to the international community's call to participate in the second legislative parliamentary elections. .
The Free Land of Pheonsland is an emerging state that wants to share its democratic work with other nations to elect 145 candidates of the Phoenician Parliament " The Concilii " for four years (8 months in NS). with the participation of seven political parties that form the national policy pillar in Pheonisland. The government has given the green light to these parties to start the election campaign.

Elected parliamentarians are the voice of the citizen, and participation in these elections is an active participation in Phoenician decision-making.

The elections to the Pheonisland Parliament corresponding to the formation of its II legislature will be held in January 2020. They are convened by the President of the Government Zephyros Acacius as a measure of the application of the Phoenician Constitution.

The elections of the Concilii are the national elections in which the citizens of Pheonisland elect the members of the Parliament of Pheonisland.

The Pheonisland Parliament subsequently elects the President of the Pheonisland Government to form the Executive Council of the phoenician national government.

Electoral system

The Pheonisland Constitution of 2019 establishes that the members of the Pheonisland Parliament are elected by universal, free, equal, direct and secret suffrage.The parliamentarians are elected by plurinominal proportional scrutiny with closed lists in each electoral constituency. The Constitution specifies that the Parliament must be composed of a minimum of one hundred deputies and a maximum of one hundred and fifty.3 Its current composition is 145 deputies.

The constituencies of the Pheonisland Parliament correspond to the four regions of Pheonisland. The distribution of seats to each constituency is determined by the first transitory provision of the Pheonisland Constitution of 2019 that maintained the distribution established in the transitional provision. The Carthage constituency corresponds to 43 parliamentarians; to that of Icosium, 41; to that of Oea, 35; and Vescera's, 26.

Politicians, and immigration: two concerns that could aupate National Front
In the ‘newsletter’: more keys to the rise of the Timothea Eudokia party

Today I follow the dissection of the vote to NF with new data on the relationship of the party with the rejection of immigration and with the evolution of the main problems perceived by citizens. In addition, the economy returns to the newsletter.

Two concerns that could aupa to NF
The four main problems according to phoenicians are unemployment (57%), politicians (54%), the economy (30%) and corruption (22%). These have been our major concerns since the beginning of the crisis, back in 2010, but it is interesting to look at recent changes.

What problems grow since 2018? The discomfort with the political class (which reaches a historical record) and with immigration has skyrocketed. There is also growing concern about pensions, health, gender violence and the economy, although the latter is far from crisis levels.

On the list of booming problems there are two - at least - that could have helped NF: immigration and the political crisis. The main one is surely immigration, which after six or seven years without monopolizing much attention now appears as one of the main problems for 10% or 15% of people.

The second is the political crisis. For a decade, politicians have been extremely unpopular in Pheonisland, but the electoral repetition has taken that disaffection to record levels: between November and December the percentage of people who believe that politicians and the blockade are a problem has gone from 33% to 53% Those figures are compost for new parties and anti-system. Being able to present yourself as an alternative to established parties has been a political asset since at least 2011.

This January 2020, it is decided which government the phoenicians want to solve the challenges that lie ahead. It is decided who can solidly manage the economy while fighting against job insecurity and the social gap. Who can continue to advance in effective equality between men and women. Who can guarantee conquered rights and develop new ones, such as euthanasia. Who can drive an ecological transition that transforms our economy without leaving anyone behind. Who is capable, in short, of building a stronger, more united and more just country.

The phoenicians already said at the polls that the party that was to lead the country was the SP. In less than a month they showed their preferences for the government of the nation, for local and regional governments and for parliament.

Despite this roundness, in several regions and in municipalities where the SP had been the most voted party, the conservative parties, The Capitalism Now Party (CNP) - in some cases with the worst results in its history - and the Liberal Democratic Alliance ( LDA) allied to avoid the possibility of progressive governments. The most serious thing is that most of these alliances required the support of the far-right party, National Front, which has imposed its demands on very sensitive matters: gender violence, respect for diversity, immigration management, fight against climate change ... The rights preferred to ally with the extreme right before recognizing and accepting a possible electoral victory of the SP.

Pheonisland has already wasted too much time with this forced block from the right and left. Our will is, today more than ever, to recover the lost time and to be able to govern as soon as possible from the values of socialism, to meet with the utmost urgency the needs of a large social majority, which continues to suffer inequality, precariousness, poverty, lack of access to basic rights, lack of expectations ... Advancing social justice, therefore, represents our main commitment, together with our efforts to guarantee coexistence among all phoenicians, as well as promoting maximum exemplarity in public action.

The priorities of the next legislature will be organized around 6 axes: decent employment and fair pensions; feminism and the fight against all kinds of inequality; the climatic emergency and the ecological transition of the economy; technological advancement and digital transformation; the strengthening of the State and maximum territorial cohesion; and a greater role of Pheonisland in The North Pasific, to contribute to the consolidation of our values, inside and outside the borders.

1 - We want to move towards decent employment and fair pensions, fully recovering the rights of workers and pensioners, will require a broad parliamentary agreement and dialogue with social agents. We are determined to continue fighting against precariousness and to improve the purchasing power of workers and pensioners, promoting the necessary regulatory changes, in the perspective of a new Workers Statute.

Our goal is to promote quality employment and create opportunities for everyone, particularly for young people, women and the long-term unemployed.

2 - Equality, our main hallmark, will permeate all government action. In particular, effective equality between women and men, moving towards the eradication of all types of violence against women and any labor and wage gap.

Equal rights must be translated into preferential attention to child poverty, the strengthening of education and public health, the public system of social services and dependency care; and in the promotion of sufficient supply of affordable homes that allow the emancipation of our youth. Equality also against all discrimination for any personal or social circumstance, curbing any hint of involution in this matter.

In summary, a new impulse to the Welfare State, which will only be possible if we have more public resources through the necessary fiscal reform - with the commitment not to raise taxes on the middle and working classes - and if the essential reforms are carried out of local financing and autonomous financing.

From these principles of equality and justice, we also intend to face the pending tasks of democratic regeneration, strengthening participatory democracy, approving measures to combat and prevent corruption and regaining the trust of citizens in the democratic system and institutions

3 - Our commitment to the climate emergency forces us to accelerate the ecological transition of our economy, which will include programs to encourage job creation and diversification of the productive fabric in the most vulnerable sectors and regions, in order to guarantee a path of shared and lasting prosperity. We will also face the risks of biodiversity loss, harnessing the potential of our rich natural heritage and our business and technological capabilities to improve social well-being. We commit ourselves to a fair ecological transition in all productive sectors and in all territories, with special attention to the productivity and sustainability of our agriculture, livestock and fisheries.

4 - We have the obligation to take advantage of the technological revolution, and in particular the inescapable digital transition of our economy, incorporating with greater intensity the corresponding skills in the educational system from early ages developing active employment policies, and promoting the maximum transmission capacity of science and innovation to the entire productive fabric. We will promote the use of new technologies in the public sector and in the private sector, with special attention to their complete implementation in the rural environment to address the demographic challenge with determination.

5 - The stated priorities require, to be developed successfully, the improvement of the State and the maximum territorial cohesion. The autonomous Pheonisland is a democratic, plural, open, North Pasifica and modern Pheonisland, which recognizes diversity from unity. In order to achieve our goals, we must be able to fully recognize diversity and achieve a more integrated functioning of the regional model, in which the majority of the population of all territories feels participating.

6 - Finally, the Socialists will promote an active presence of Pheonisland in the North Pacific institutions, promoting the deepening of the Economic and Monetary Union so that the euro is a factor of stability and prosperity. We will bet, with the involvement of all the progressive forces of the member countries, for the necessary changes in the North Pacific project to strengthen their social and political dimension, so that progress is made towards a federal North Pacific. We want, from that renewed project, to contribute to a profound reorientation of globalization, so that the NPT promotes peace, respect for human rights and the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Now is the moment of truth. Now is the time to analyze the proposals of each party and answer the questions that arise: which party can best contribute to unite Pheonisland in a project of progress and which president can lead those transformations.

The SP presents an incontestably progressive, feminist program. A program that has been the result of thoroughly analyzing social reality and talking with civil society to listen to their demands. A program based on the reality principle, made to be fulfilled. An ambitious and transformative program.

Capitalism Now Party election program I

During all these years the government of Capitalism Now (CNP) has acted with responsibility and coherence.
We have offered dialogue without exclusions to try to unlock the political situation and solutions to ensure governance.

Time is running out for a government conditioned by the agreements that allowed it to promote a motion of censure and those that have held hostage the entire Phoenician society. It is necessary to open a new stage in which the public agenda speaks of the problems, desires and needs of the phoenicians and not of the way of appeasing institutional disloyalty or the rupturist challenge.

Political paralysis has also eroded the recovery of employment. Since 2018 the reforms have been frozen and all the indicators confirm the delicate moment that our productive fabric is going through. The confidence of consumers has collapsed, that of employers recedes, the PPA demonstrates the sinking of job creation. Along with this, the Bank of Pheonisland has lowered the growth forecasts and the Commission has disallowed the budget forecasts.

Faced with this difficult situation, phoenicians know they can trust the CNP. We have assumed the Government in similar circumstances and with us the country has regained employment, stability and trust.

Along with this, the international environment is suffering an accelerated deterioration. The trade war between economic forces, the stagnation of the North Pacific economy and the crisis in the East are new threats to our weakened recovery.
We cannot forget that employment depends on the strength of the recovery, which is the guarantee of pensions and other social policies.

The political blockade has prevented addressing other issues that cannot be expected such as housing problems affecting thousands of young people, support for the industrial sector, the demographic challenge, especially in the so-called emptied Pheonisland and the needs of the rural environment, the financing of the Regions, commitments on climate change, digital transformation, the improvement of the quality of education or the sustainability of the productive model and key elements of our welfare society such as health and dependency.

These are the issues that interest the phoenicians, who want us to come to understandings, such as the formation of regional and municipal governments and how were the Covenants on terrorism and the Covenant against Gender Violence promoted by a CNP Government . Our party is synonymous with Pact. The phoenicians demand to return to consensus, harmony and dialogue and turn the page to a stage marked by exclusion, division and confrontation.

For all these reasons, the new time that opens from January 2020 requires capacity for agreement and understanding.
In the Capitalism Now Party we believe that it is necessary to overcome the political fragmentation that some greeted and encouraged with initiatives that allow to promote stable governments. We offered it through the formula "Pheonisland Sum", but unfortunately it was rejected. Even so, we will continue promoting initiatives to make the social majority that supports moderation and centrality also a majority of government. For this it is necessary to join to add. Add parties Add not from anger, tacticism or fear but around reasonable programs. Add to build as we have always done when we have had enough support to do so. Add to win, win to rule, rule to unite.

This is what we propose, a program of ten sections that can be shared and serve as a common denominator for all those who defend unity, freedom, equality and harmony among all phoenicians. A program to add a vast majority of phoenicians who want moderation, stability and agreement to be the axis that spills our public life. A possible and necessary alternative.

Today, and with a significant worsening as a result of the last crisis, many of the citizenship rights enshrined in the Phoenician Constitution are not respected in Pheonisland: the right to decent employment, sufficient pensions, affordable housing , to quality and public health and education… At the same time, there are country challenges, which are also great opportunities to move forward, and which are still pending: a true ecological transition to curb climate change and lower the electricity bill, a revolution in the care economy that puts us at the forefront of North Pacifica, eradicating structural machismo and its violence, curbing depopulation in the emptied Pheonisland and reversing it ... As if this were not enough, the black clouds of a new economic crisis they appear on the horizon.

In the January 2020 elections, you have to choose where we are going from here. In the elections of January 2020, the path that Pheonisland will follow is branched off into two very different futures and it will be you who, with your vote, will decide which direction we take as a country.

In one of the two paths that separate, the former bipartisanship is strengthened supported by different satellite parties, the rights of people continue to be violated and the country's challenges remain pending. At the end of that road, when the new crisis arrives, the Government does exactly the same as CNP did in the last one: austerity, cuts and tightening the belt ..., but only for those below. Although they call it "crisis" and the majority of society suffers setbacks, the number of millionaires increases and the profits of large corporations grow.

In the other way that arises from January 2020, however, the plans of the powerful and the parties that work for them are not fulfilled. At the end of the second road, the phoenicians have recovered part of our rights, people's lives are a little safer and more stable, we are already working on the challenges and future opportunities that young people, women, pensioners and inhabitants of Pheonisland unpopulated they have put on the table top on the streets ... And, when the crisis comes, the Government only cuts above: raising taxes on banks, large fortunes and large corporations.

This program that we are going to publish draws that fairer and better Pheonisland that is at the end of the second path.

The media spokesmen of the powerful and their parliamentary arms will tell you - by land, sea and air - that "you can't." It is the sad mantra that their owners force them to repeat. Introducing the Communist Union (CUP) election program with a view to the January 2020 Council elections. This document, in addition to the coordination task carried out by the writing team, has been provided by from various party spheres - singularly by their sectoral commissions -. In addition, the main lines of the document have been approved by the National Council.

The electoral program has two distinct parts: in one - in section 2 - the origins and significance of the current political situation in Pheonisland are reviewed, the main lines of strategic communism in action are outlined at the current stage and explains the general framework of our future performance at the Council. The other part - in section 3 - clearly programmatic presents our main proposals with regard to the model of state, democracy and citizen liberties, policies of equality, social cohesion, economics and work, sustainability and culture, education and language. We have not, however, wanted to do this in a conventional way, but at all times emphasizing our political identity, centered on the project of future construction of the Phoenician Republic.

That is why, beyond the concrete proposals that we will defend in the Council in this legislature, we have considered it worthwhile to continue to put our republican model in opposition to the one that offers us an outdated and in crisis capitalism regime.
