The Democratic Republican Privateers
The Privateers were originally formed by the Democratic Republic to serve as a regional military, but have since declared their independence and, of their own accord, have set forth in a warlike manner to, by force of arms, attack, subdue, seize, and take all founderless regions and to subject them to our own force of authority. With this we hope to plunder, raid, and burn all lawless, broken, and defenseless regions that lay scattered throughout NationStates.

The sea burned red as ships sank and sailors cried, all watching as the harbinger of their fate sailed past. The privateers of the Democratic Republic cheered as their galleon left the burning fleet and opened fire upon the port city beyond. Captain Azadliq smelled the black powder from the cannon's volley, heard the screams of dying men, saw the crumbling port beyond, and smiled to himself; it was good to be raiding again.
The Privateers were originally the regional military of the Democratic Republic, though we do not associate with TDR any longer. Under the command of Azadliq, we are a raider-oriented organization. In the last several months we've participated in numerous, consistent tagging raids and many of our members show great promise.We will welcome anyone into our ranks as long as they are participatory, positive, respectful, and trustworthy. We look forward to participating in R/D for many years to come.
