Hey, what do the Rakodans actually look like. I don't think I've figured that out yet.

I’m thinking of either a strong cultist trying to create an interstellar theocracy, which’ll require quite a bit of effort but would make for an interesting story, or a Han Solo-esque explorer with an affinity for the ancient and tendency to poke his nose not just where it belongs, but outside of the law.

Glad to hear that, thanks! And I'm looking forward to seeing your app, a Han Solo-ish character would be interesting to see.

Name: Adokev Mintlav
Gender: Male
Species: Humanity
Background: Explorer with Criminal characteristics
Bio:Adokev was born in 6540 on the planet of Cosavia, far from the parts of the galaxy he ventures around now. He was born to a poor family of farmers in a larger community of farmers built in a destroyed and flattened starship. The abject poverty of his upbringing meant Adokev was stuck under the sky rather than stars, and his adventurous personality wasn’t able to be satisfied by exploring Casavia. This was especially since he knew there was a whole universe able to be explored. After some time, Adokev began snooping around the ship his community was based in and fiddled with ancient circuitry enough to teach himself what everything did. Using the more salvageable fuselage of a support aircraft, Adokev constructed his own spaceship with the parts of the large starship surrounding it. Within a year the starship, although very faulty, was completed; the SS Mintlav was unable to achieve superluminal travel, and was only capable of interplanetary travel, but that was incredibly satisfactory to Adokev.
Over the next few years Adokev travelled between Cosavia and its two moons, exploring lunar caverns and other parts of Cosavia, expanding his knowledge and resources. After some time, Adokev was able to haggle a deal with a merchant where he sold his ship for parts for 500,000 credits in exchange for a small, 350,000 credit, 10-person corvette with FTL capacity. Adokev graduated from interplanetary travel to interstellar travel, leaving behind the Cosavia system and traveling to dozens of other systems, racking up prestige, knowledge, and resources. Adokev began working as an explorer, and took up contracts from snobby and aristocratic figures from around the galaxy to explore ancient sites, ruins, old battlegrounds, and more. However, Adokev, as a humble man with humble origins, came to be caught in the middle of contracts whose activities were usually at the expense of those who couldn’t come close to the prestige of his employers, something he could stand for, which marked the beginning of his forays into extrajudicial territory. Cheating, scamming, and taunting rich and snobbish employers became a notable quality of his, besides his proficiency at exploration, and he became both revered and opposed by numerous galactic persons.
For the past few years, Adokev has been the captain of the SS Mintlav-III, a commandeered and re-engineered (for greater speed and space at the expense of combat abilities) Brigantine, and its ten person crew. Adokev takes contracts from the high and the low now, exploring far off planets and ruins for thousands of credits, or disrupting the enterprise of a pompous bastard for a few hundred. In both of his professions, Adokev is a respected and experienced tradesman, and with his unmistakable Pike at hand, Adokev is positioned almost like a galactic cowboy.
Equipment: 350 Credits; Senemarys C32; a spacesuit; light armour
Crew: 10
Ship: SS Mintlav-III, Brigantine
Stat Rankings: Brawn 10; Brain 30; Heart 25; Guile 10
Traits:
Other: Adokev was able to leave Casavia because his parents were killed by space pirates, an incident Adokev is still looking for vengeance because of two decades later; Adokev has a few unsavory rich and criminal contacts, but as a regular client of theirs they serve some good purposes despite their questionable morality; Adokev has approximately 69 bounties for him in many separate jurisdictions, with a grand total bounty of ~2,500,000 credits
