Both accepted.
As for how to get to the island, there's a port for larger yachts, cruise liners, ferries and cargo vessels. There's also a small marina for vessels with a maximum draught of five meters. There's a small seaplane port.
Nearby Dumhach has a large cruise liner terminal with regular ferries going back and forth to Tearmann Island. The City also has a larger seaplane port and a larger marina.
Nearby Gaineamh has an airport, a.k.a. an airfield, which might be famous for its air races, but which accepts airplanes during the day hours. Ferry connection included.
Those would be the main options. I would like to ask to not use more elusive options, like space drop (and yes, I saw someone coming that way in an RP I was part of, in MT).

I'm afraid so... I consider the Guairdeall to be on the upper end of the size for the seaplane port of Tearmann Island.
However, the one in Dumhach could take a Mars. Take a ferry after that and there ya go.
