Due to the power of the Kalanza Party, over 500 000 people are executed yearly since 2002.

Usually 0-1. Premeditated aggravated murder and treason are the only offenses punishable by execution, and no one has ever been convicted of treason due our lack of enemies. The murder rate is under 1 per 100,000 population (it is close to 0.6-0.8 per 100,000 usually), and given our population, this means that we see anywhere from 40-55 murder cases per year. Most murders (>99%) are punished by life imprisonment without parole and if the evidence is more solid, 10 strokes of the cane could be given (this is the maximum punishment for 2nd degree/"crime of passion" murder). Only in cases of extraordinary levels of evidence (DNA, video, manifestos in the case of mass murderers/terrorists etc.) and aggravating factors is capital punishment employed.

None in the past three years, but the historical average is 5 to 10 usually via firing squad, lethal injection, Skrosterjn (the person is knocked out cold and then their head is squished by a metal pressure press), and in rare cases of treason, public beheading with a Guiotine.

Yet the extremely low crime rates means that the majority of executions are for War Criminals and the very rare criminal.

None, though ~400 people die on average in prison-mostly due to sentences that exceed possible their possible lifetime, even if they received cell revitalization before incarceration.

12000 this year, with a yearly decrease of 360 on average. This is due to a strong police force and the monitoring of all citizens that have criminal records or are marked as suspicious by their respective governor and new innovative methods in dealing with problematic regions in large urban areas.

Many hundreds, at least. It varies by the year as The Empire does not believe in imprisonment as punishment, and our legal system operates on a system of presumed guilt, not innocence. Those convicted of violent crimes (which are defined as rape, sexual assault, murder, attempted murder or assault with intent to murder; note that 'manslaughter' does not exist as a charge) are executed within ten days of the conviction, and for those who decry this, we literally read minds to find out if they're guilty or not. Those who are innocent are released and compensated for the invasion of their privacy accordingly. The only other method of punishment doled out by the Empire is fining people for non-violent crime such as petty theft.

Number of Executions in the Human Star State

On average, around 500,000 people are executed each year in the Menschlicher Sternenstaat, with some peaks even reaching in the millions. Although the state wishes to avoid issuing executions at all costs due to the ability of using prisoners for penal labor or in military service as atonement for their sins, there are regional governments and organizations that wish to make examples out of the “worst of the worst” in order to further affirm the sense of obeying law and authority. As a result of this, many prisoners who are convicted of the morally worst crimes, such as mass murder or rape charges, are brought to public execution utilizing a miscellany of methods including simple hanging or decapitation to death by firing squad.

Generally there is an extreme emphasis on rehabilitation over everything.

If you believe propaganda against our great nation however, millions of people are executed every second for refusing to have the same haircut but also because they dared to have the same haircut as the leader which is somehow both mandated and forbidden.

Despite Capital Punishment Not Being Outlawed As of August 2019, There Hasn't Been A Single Execution in Pernacyvokya Since 2001, There are Also Only 4 Ways of Obtaining the Death Sentence Currently, Which Are:

A. Assasination Of More than 10 Important Officials (E.G. Politicians, Army Commanders) or More Than 3 Positions Of State. (The President and His Colleagues Basically)
B. Causing Serious Damage or Destruction of the Entire Complex of Parliament and/or the Klugusternstagna (President's House)
C. Causing a Act of Serious Terror Upon the Pernacyvokyan Motherland and it's People (A Incident as Bad as 9/11)
D. Having a Prison Sentence that is Higher than 1000 Years (An Unlimited Fine as well As Corporal Punishment Getting Enacted on you Are Also Requirements)

The Method Used on the 2001 Suspect (Whom Shall Not Be Named) was a Lethal Injection that later Caused Death. They were Believed to have been involved with The Nation's Worst Enemies, although Little Information about that has been publicly released.

If Given the Death Sentence, You are also never Told About when, How or If You will Get It Administered to you.

This year has been relatively crime-free, so 68. But average per year is about 100. In order to be executed here, you have to murder at least 5 victims, or damage public property through use of explosives.
