No because I'm currently hunting some thieves down on another planet but would love to once the planet's align.

Also Hungry, do I know any general information on Chasca or do I have to do an action to discover it?

Yeah you know the basics. It's an independent Outer-Rim colony, relatively stable when compared to the rest of the Rim due to keeping good ties with the Outlaw Council and Renegade King back on Noctis. It has around 150 000 000 inhabitants, overwhelmingly Ellirean outcasts and their descendants. Notable for being one of the few garden worlds in the Milky Way that is also part of a binary planet system, both it and its heavenly twin Kiladon are in a stable orbit with one another in addition to orbiting the star Pavan. Chasca's natural abundance of greenhouse gases leads to a very warm climate and the solar eclipses caused by Kiladon, while common, are not frequent enough to be a good solar umbrella. This is still the Outer Rim though and the planet is a significant supplier of drugs, with farmers using the warm climate to grow vast crops of plants full of psychoactive substances with much of the harvest heading for the drug labs of Noctis. Mylasi, the system's gas giant is heavily exploited by Chasca and has a population of around five million spread across it's moons and stations which are known as neutral meeting grounds for all manner of deals between local governments, warlords and crime figures in the region.

He's pretty tall and lanky in build, has a frizzy mustache and dark skin. Wears simple, utilitarian clothing though not by choice, by necessity. He can seem pretty distant, often thinking of his wife whom he got separated from in the chaos as they fled from the colony they lived in and wants to find her so he hopes to get enough money to buy the services of an information broker.
