The working definition of Antisemitism means that denying Jewish self-determination or calling Zionism intrinsically racist would constitute bigotry. You can still argue that settlements are unjust. BDS is de facto a racist project. We can point to a minority of its activists who aren't actual bigots but that doesn't excuse the fact that it's objective is to get public institutions to discriminate against Jews by opposing their right to self-determination - the specific fact that makes BDS Antisemitic under functioning definitions of Antisemitism.
